Great decor and room layout, friendly staff, super clean, didn't use the kitchen but it's very nice. Even the hot tub was the perfect temp (and towels in pool area were plentiful, which often doesn't happen). Snack pantry had all the right choices, including ice cream for the husband, who needs his daily treat. Even appreciate the noon checkout time - leaves enough time to watch our church online in our room on a Sunday - while enjoying a yummy free breakfast. We will look for this brand in the future. Thanks.

One tiny detail - biscuits & gravy at breakfast was very good, but I and a couple others noted that there was no sausage or bacon to go with eggs or waffles. Seemed unusual.

Great location next to a little shopping center.

The room that I stayed in had a bad smell to it hurt my sinuses which I am very delicate about it. The blackout curtains was very dirty it needs to be changed. During our stay housekeeping was not available to refresh our towels and toiletries. I was flabbergasted. Because there was no Ice machine available for us to use.. Breakfast needs more of a selection than just having sausage links and sausages patties everyday..

Felt like you were in the country with the open grassland back by the pool and courtyard. Breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Water pressure in shower. Quiet noise level. Staff very kind and helpful. Location was excellent.

Thermostat seems to give wrong inside temp as it kept going up through our stay but still felt cool with AC on. Toilet in bathroom next to king bed was hot to the touch and was running hot water instead of cold.

The rooms, pool. outdoor areas, and breakfast were wonderful and very much appreciated.

Lack of hot water; shower water was luke warm at best. The TV in the fitness center was locked onto "Fox News Network" and I was unable to change channels. Forcing a patron to watch Fox News is the worst form of torture and should be considered "inhumane"; I would have rather shaved all of my hair off.

The hotel was very nice & lovely! Great room & kitchette $ suite was amazing!.

The bed closest to the bathroom, (room # 437), NEED to be replaced! Mattress & box soring were terrible & actually made loud noise when you moved & felt unstable. No ice macines & frig in room took hours to make ice. No kleenex anywhere in room. Loved the look, courtyard, room, BUT, sleeping in the bed was terrible.

Th location of the breakfast was fine. Better attendance from staff would have been appreciated as some of the serving dishes were empty as were some of the coffee urns. and it was nowhere near end of serving time.

i understand it was the weekend but housekeeping could have or should have picked up the bagged trash guests left outside of their doors in the hallways along with the towels left outside in a piles outside of some doors.

comfortable room and bed. Great location. Saved me from the long drive in to work in nasty weather.

No one was at the front desk when I went to check out, had to wait several minutes for the person to show up.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Location was good for Mayo Clinic visits.

Would have liked to have a vacuum or broom in suite since it wasn’t cleaned every day.

Staff were incredibly friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice :)

Curtains had odd stains on them; you wouldn’t know if you hadn’t drawn them.

Room was Great! Stayed for over a week. Nice to have a full stocked full size kitchen and table to eat at with nice separate living room area.

Shower head needs to be lowered. It's pretty high up on the wall.
