Good location, room is not small , free onsen

Less amenities in bathroom

Hotel is located near the JR train station with a supermarket and food court. AEON mall is just in front of the hotel. Check-in and check-out are fast. Our room is clean and comfortable with a mountain view. Breakfast included in the room charge is excellent. Many good ramen restaurants are also withing a walking distance.

The parking is inconveniently located in a different building behind the hotel with no connecting passage. You have to drag your luggage down the elevator of the parking garage and walk past another building before finally reaching your hotel.

- Overall, this hotel has improved service after the society overcoming the restrictions during COVID pandemic. I have stayed here in May 2022 and I rated 6.0 as there were several unhappy experience then especially at public bath, but this time I was surprised that they have made improvement for those points. - Their service has become more aligned to various types of needs. I wanted to go to sauna before going out for run in 6:00 morning, it was possible. - Self-coffee service has become available now, it's great that the guest can get coffee anytime. - Check-out box in the elevator was very efficient, no necessity to drop by at Front desk. - Location is amazing, just within 2mins walk from the east gate (the which is open in the early morning and the late at night) of Asahikawa station, besides, no need to open an umbrella.

- In the room table was small and I cannot avoid my luggage to occupy one third of it. The room does not offer enough space or lack to open the luggage so, go to front desk to borrow luggage lack to open suitcase. - Self-coffee service at the front lobby is very nice, while I hope they also offer tea pack.

It is so convenient the location. Right at the station and not too far from the malls and shops. Has a small play area down near reception which my children loved, we appreciate this small thoughtful addition for our kids. We loved that we got the beds in the room. The breakfast which is paid was ok, the Japanese breakfast was good however if you are after more variety in western breakfast (esp for my young kids) this is limited to 3 cereals and a couple of bread options.

Compared to our other stays, our 6 year old often was given free breakfast alongside our paid breakfast. Its annoying paying for his breakfast because he doesn't eat any of the Japanese food, and only ate a bowl of cereal. The only other strange thing is when booking it would not let 2 adults and 2 children (2,6) stay in the same room and we had to book 2 rooms. We were given three beds in a single room which is great but we didn't even use one as the 2 year old coslept. Unsure if the booking options is intentional or a mistake via the app. Also in April the zoo is closed. Don't be us and not know this.

The property was right next to the main station, which was very convenient. I was able to drop of my luggage before check-in, so I could enjoy exploring the city early. The rooms were very clean and the public bathing room was clean and nice to use after a long day. The breakfast in the morning was a little expensive, but there were many different foods, and all of them were fresh and tasted good.

Proximity to the station and Aeon Mall facilities. Comfortable room, compact but with everything I needed. Very good mattress, neck pillow available at Reception. Secure access to upper floors using key card. 24 hr Reception. Possible to opt out of room cleaning in return for a free bottle of quality green tea per night. Towels renewed and bin emptied on request. Reception staff are willing to try with English and we successfully sent my suitcase with delivery firm Yamato. Large communal bath on top floor. Window opens.

Nothing apart from some noise one night but this was Golden Week.

This hotel is just by the bus and the train station, which is convenient for going to the zoo and other cities. There is a public bath and a nice area to hang out, rest, and drink some coffee by the reception. The room is bigger than I expected and great value for money. The breakfast was also really good. We really enjoyed the stay and can fully recommend it!

Great views from the windows. It was very clean and tidy. It was very close to the train station and also shopping centre. We had dinner in the food court and bought lunch supplies at the huge supermarket. The breakfast was good both mornings. There is a coffee shop serving great cuppacino 5 mins walk away

Nothing that I can think of.

The location is absolutely perfect. It was closer than I thought.. it was less than I'd say 50-70m from the station which is really nice. Breakfast - we didn't pay attention that breakfast was included. The breakfast was a japanese traditional buffet. The food was really nice, simple and yet delicious. The staff is friendly They also provided free water and coffee at the lobby for the guest.

Nothing particulary

The hotel is next to the station and directly in front of bus terminal. It has the major shopping mall with food court downstairs and restaurants on the 4 th floor across the bus terminal ( less than 5 minutes walk. ) The hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty. Rooms are very comfortable. We stay here every time we visit Asahikawa and will keep returning.
