Comfortable and quiet for the kids. The manager was onsite to help square away reservation issues that the receptionist seemed unwilling to look into. That was helpful but the receptionist also made us feel like we had done something on purpose to book multiple rooms which was not the case. Good location near the interstate.

Breakfast wasn't a huge plus but I can understand they didn't want to waste food. However if you're fully booked then expect a bug crowd for Breakfast. We had to go back to check when real food was put out, otherwise it was cereal and fruit. The bathroom looked clean but while in the shower I could see the left over hair indicating that the was not an actual cleaning session. And last but not least, the mattress had visible stains. The sheets covered some but they were still visible, maybe coffee stains. If someone was charged for staining the mattress then the mattress should have been cleaned or replaced. Over all the stay way comfortable for our children at least.

We love the beds and the pillows. The television is large enough. You can see it. Everything has a nice separation from everything else.

Breakfast wasn't all that great. The bagel that I had was extremely crumbly, which is not the usual, and the eggs and bacon worth just not very good either..

Excellent breakfast options. Solid door prevented hall noise, but very heavy. Pleasant staff. Cookies!! : D Easy highway access while minimal highway noise. Very clean! Easy check out. Reasonable price for holiday season.

Door was a struggle to open [sounds petty, but disabled/limited mobility humans would also struggle].

The location was good for what I needed. Affordably priced.

The person at the front desk was not friendly. He was not welcoming. Hardly said 'boo' to me. Did not give me any information. Every bit of information I got about the hotel I had to pull out of him. I asked him about breakfast, his response was yeah over there. Not the times of breakfast.

Beds were comfy. Showers were clean. Water pressure was wonderful.

Noise from the other room was very present. It did not bother me much as my children were present as well. Others visitors may have had an issue though. But hey, kids will be kids while in a hotel.

The place was clean & everyone was helpful and very nice. The beds where comfortable.

On thing was you had to turn thermostat up to 80 to get the room heated, we had a gentleman that even come up an he did the same thing. Not sure if that is normal or not.

This hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were very courteous and the interaction with Monica at the front desk when we checked in was one of the best hotel experiences we have every had. She was friendly and professional.

The hotel had a pool but no hot tub. The food at the complimentary breakfast could have been hotter but I will say there was a nice variety of options.

The whole place was very clean. Room was comfortable. The staff was professional and really friendly. Loved the space in the common area. Enough space to study, eat takeout as a family, or just hangout.

Pool was closed on Sunday, would have liked a heads up or explanation. We would have taken our son swimming on Saturday if we had of known. It wasn't a big deal. Just disappointing for him.

Loved that a hearty breakfast was provided and an exercise room.

The pillows were awful - just too loose & soft. Also needed some medium weight bed blankets between sheet weight & comforter weight.
