The design of the buildings and the layout of the gardens and pool provided a superb guest experience. Internally, the rooms were exceptional: perfect decoration, luxury bed, bedding and bathroom. Breakfast was extensive and varied. The restaurant menu was well priced; we really enjoyed the pasta and the veal and Luigi's good humour. Check in and checkout experience smooth and efficient.

The location wasn’t great if you didn’t have a car to get around. The restaurant was lovely but very over priced, but unfortunately is your only option if you don’t have a car to go elsewhere.

Excellent staff and hotel, really outstanding ambience and visually enchanting! A really relaxing place to stay with wonderful evening dinners. It appears to be undiscovered by main stream tourism. A 10min walk away are some beautiful beach and swimming areas, plus some of the finest restaurants anywhere! Definitely a place we want to return to.

Possibly the only thing I could complain about is information about getting around while staying around Terrasini. While there is taxi, train, bus and shuttle bus all available, we had to ask several people about transport to get the full picture.

Lovely and helpful staff, (Luigi in the restaurant was so great!) our room was super and the whole resort was just lovely to be in. Well looked after, interesting architecture and stunning gardens, such a beautiful setting. Fantastic food in the restaurant and an enjoyable breakfast. Enjoyed using the tennis court too!

Located close to the airport with a good transfer service, but about a 20min walk into nearest towns/beach which was fine for us, but might not be if you don't want/can't walk far. Also public transport is not brilliant to get into Palermo which means a very expensive taxi if you haven't hired a car.

Close to the PMO airport. Room was nice and in site restaurant was elegant and beautiful.

The onsite restaurant was great and Luigi was wonderful. Excellent service!

The hotel is low rise to a very high standard with beautiful interiors and external environment. It is set in a very attractive lush garden environment which is well maintained. The staff are excellent and looked after us very well. There is an excellent restaurant with a high standard menu with local sourced ingredients and vegetables grown from their own gardens. The swimming pool was clean and attractive but not large and is unstaffed. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it's proximity to Palermo Airport but we didn't find the aircraft noise at all intrusive. The hotel has plenty of onsite parking which was useful as we had a hire car. When this was returned the hotel arranged a taxi for us to the the airport. There is full concierge at the hotel.

There was complementary water but no facilities for making a hot drink.

Shuttle service to the airport. The dinner in the restraurant is a good supprise for us, it was very delicious. Thank you for the restraunt staff, which were very kind and professional. A highlight for the our last day in Sicily.

our hotel booking is the early check-in included, as we arrived at about 13 o'clock, we were told the room is not ready and we should wait until 14:00, which was dispointed.The restraunt was not open at that day and the option of the pool bar was very limited and expensive.
