Breakfast were great and bathroom was very spacious for Japan. I liked the onsen a lot. Would preffer some.milk machine when leaving onsen but the vending machine was also okay.

Even when there is a systen to check status of laundry machines I had to wait for over half hour until somebody came to pick up their clothes. As I was in yukata I didn't want to go to lobby to ask personel to get the machine cleaned. But if they have the tracking system maybe they should check it from time to time. I checked it 3 times from my room and the mentioned machine was blocked for 2 hours after finishing.

Literally so convenient for Shinkansen travel. Having a JR pass and the hotel being so close to the station meant I could dash to other cities on a whim and not stress about getting back to the hotel. The bath was great with two outdoor baths as well as the indoor bath. They have both a vending machine and small convenience store inside the hotel, I only wish they also sold alcohol. Room was compact but had most things you need in a hotel. On my second day I woke up to two fresh towels and tea/coffee hung up outside my door which was amazing as I needed new towels. Staff were lovely and very knowledgeable of English which surprised me a bit as we weren’t in the typical tourist areas. They also accommodated my request for a high floor giving me a very nice view.

You can only control the heating in the room, not cooling. For most of my travels in Japan I have been hot in my rooms, maybe I’m just sensitive to heat? But I was excited to be able to turn my room into an icebox, but couldn’t. Also the convenience of the location came back to bite as because they had no heating, I had to leave my window open to cool the room down, and because my room faced towards the train station, I could hear every announcement, Shinkansen and even the construction work going on through my whole stay.

Excellent location - very near the train station (Fukushima station) that is convenient to travel and find some food. Semi-Double non-smoking room on 13th floor is clean and provided all needed facilities although it's small as Japanese standard. Fast checking in by useful tool for passport scanning

We only stayed for one night but the room was very clean and comfortable. A little small with all the luggage we had but this typical of Japan and it was fine. Location is super! So close to the station, restaurants and shops. I would stay here again. Staff were really helpful and pleasant to deal with. They kept our luggage after check out too which we delighted with.

Its location that is next to the train station. As a new visitor, seeing the Hotel from the train and knowing that the Hotel was nearby was a relief. Its facility and adjacent to the mall. The reception staff was service orientated and attentive.

The bed was amazing, like a cloud of joy. I had the best night of my trip so far, and it allowed me to spend a good night sleep. All the amenities were good, the room did its job.

I can’t think of anything right now. Maybe the lack of english for the staff for a city like Fukushima.

Very clean room, compact but with everything I needed. Excellent onsen facilities. Located right next to the bus and train stations and there's also shops very close. The rooms are small, this may be a downside for people, I am very comfy in a confined space.

Great Location right next to the train station. Hot Baths with fresh air are very nice, so is the view from the upper floors. Staff speak good english and are very helpful.

The room was very small even compared to other APA hotels we stayed in. No space under the bed to put the bags.

After my positive first experience with an APA Hotel in Takasaki, I was glad to find that the level of quality and convenience was consistent here too. The room was clean, the public onsen was nice, the staff were friendly, and the location couldn't be more convenient.

This is a lovely Japanese style hotel right at the station. It is clean and comfortable with a great Onsen which my husband loved. The room was quite spacious for Japan and had everything you could need.
