We were in the apartment with a family (4 people). It is a clean apartment about 5 minutes from the center by walking. Free parking in front of the building without any issues. Breakfast was perfect with a gluten free option. Communication with a host David was excellent and we got many tips what to do in Noto.

Although the appartment was one room only with four beds, we appreciate balcony and cleanliness.

The location is good as you can park right outside on the street and avoid driving in the historic centre, yet it is a short walk to the sights and shops - easy for us, perhaps tricky with young children as some roads don't have pavements. Davide (the manager) lives off site but is very helpful and responds quickly to messages, Google Translate gets around the language barrier. Nothing is too much trouble and he even printed off a boarding pass for one of us. Rooms are large with balconies. Bathrooms are large too.

We would have liked a kettle to make tea (there are espresso coffee machines in each room) but we bought one in the local hardware store. I wrongly assumed breakfast might be an option, but again it was easy to find local shops/bakeries. And you may prefer to eat out. Davide invited us to his Cafe too.

They allowed me to have a very nice breakfast. The room had everything I needed. I enjoyed my balcony to get some sun basking. Location to to town was excellent. Staff always asked if I needed anything else.

Davide, the host, is very welcoming and friendly. He goes the extra mile to see that his guests are well taken care of. The place is centrally located and Noto centre can be easily reached by foot. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and breakfast is optimum. We really enjoyed our stay there.

the host was amazing. very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived to the last moment when we departed he helped us . i strongly recommend this property, especially to senior people who need a helping hand . you can count on him to make your stay enjoyable

The room was clean and quiet at night. Davide was there to greet us and gave us tips on where to eat. He is very personable and kind. The bed was comfortable and there was even a little terrace to sit on. Just a ten minute walk takes you to the center of Noto. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Davide!

The property has very good location - it takes only 10-15min walk to get to the city centre and has a lot of public space around to park your car. Other than that just a clean, decent place to rest and refresh after sightseeing. We did not ordered breakfast.

Not a single shelf or hook to put your things in bathroom. No ventilation so bathroom gets very damp after shower. The host is a bit too strict on check-in hours and makes bad first impression when nagging about arrival time -but overall OK.

Very clean spacious apartment, with coffee machine and fridge in room, shower gel and shampoos also available with a very nice sized balcony, it's all you really need! Croissants were so fresh!
