It was just perfect. It was our first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, our first time in Mostar, and we had no idea what to expect. With my role in the UN I travel a lot, and I’ve never had a more sincere welcome from hotel staff. Our thanks go to Jenet, Adin, Medin, Maid and the entire team for giving us such a lovely evening and experience. We’ll be back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Our stay at Hotel Cuprija in Mostar was incredible! We have traveled a lot and we can say without a doubt that your hotel is the most beautiful and hospitable we have ever stayed at! We were traveling for our honeymoon and the front desk greeted us with fresh home-made peach juice and yoghurt upon our arrival and introduced us to their adorable kitten "Muffin." We were missing our farm animals back home and loved getting to hold Muffin and chat with the staff as they assisted us with our luggage. They offered us a superb dinner reservation at the Hotel's restaurant where the lamb and veal was beautifully presented and accompanied by delicious baklava. We loved the online room video previews and were delighted by our room with a wonderful view of the town and enjoyed our daily breakfasts overlooking the Crooked Bridge on the outdoor terrace. To top it all off, they offered us delicious Bosnian cookies during our morning check out which we have enjoyed at home reminding us of our wonderful time in Mostar! If we could give this hotel a 5-star rating we would - definitely recommending to all of our friends and we hope to come back here for a future wedding anniversary!! :) Thank you Hotel Cuprija!!

The best thing about this facility was the staff. They were incredibly warm, friendly and interactive. They treated us like we were their favorite guests ever but they treat everyone that way. I remember Janet and there was a very nice young man who stood out. Just excellent. The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included eggs and sausage, yogurt and cereal, danish, other meats and cheeses, juices and any kind of coffee we would like. At the end of our stay the gave us a package of cookies that was are special to Mostar. It was such a nice touch. By the way, the location was in the heart of old town.

Perfect staff! Absolutely amazing reception on the check in, exceeding our expectations. Perfect location, you can go to a lot restaurants and to all the tourist attraction on foot. Very nice breakfast, a lot of options (really nice sweet options). Comfy bed Again: perfect staff!! All the employees were amazing, from the check in to the check out, helping us in each detail (exchange euros to BAM to pay the parking, tips for tourist attractions, etc). I could really go on and on about the staff here, but you really have to go there to see it by your self, you are not going to regret it!

The staff could not have been more accommodating and were always happy to help our group of nine with our (many) questions. The location is absolutely perfect and while there is no parking at the hotel there is reasonably priced parking immediately behind and the very accommodating staff are happy to assist with bags. We also ate one evening in the hotel and had the amazing slow cooked meat and vegetable platters that you have to book in advance for - would highly recommend doing this. Breakfast buffet was also plentiful and varied and loved by the kids with us.

Having to pay in cash due to a system issue (though we were given plenty of notice and the staff were very happy to assist in whatever way they could).

As a female solo traveler, I am glad to book this hotel. From the moment of arrival, I felt like I was visiting my family. The hotel staff is so welcoming, friendly, and kind. They gave me advice on what to visit and see in the town and provided a map. It was very nice to chat with them and learn about their everyday life and traditions. I felt very safe and well looked after in this comfortable hotel. The location is just perfect. You come out on the old town market street with many cafes, restaurants, and craft shops, about 100m from the old bridge. Mostar is a beautiful town. Almost everyone speaks English. The locals are friendly and helpful. And I loved to try traditional food in the restaurant, very tasty. Kriva Cuprija, thank you so much for your hospitality.

Everything. It was a fabulous building, in a fabulous location. Having travelled to many countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina being my 27th, this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Room was amazing. I just also add that the staff were friendly, kind and very accommodating. They really went the extra mile and showed the utmost pride in their hotel.

A constructive criticism would be I had to pay with cash and no card. In fairness this is commonplace in Mostar, it just isn’t as flexible as I am used to. Not too sure if this was a temporary thing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in the heart of Mostar's Old Town, and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of all the charm and history of the town, making it incredibly easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were outstanding, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. They were always available, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, and offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. Their warmth and attention to detail made my stay feel truly special. The room itself was spotless and incredibly cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The decor was tasteful and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mostar. The combination of excellent location, superb staff, and comfortable accommodations made for an exceptional experience.

One small area for improvement would be the breakfast service. While the selection was good, two items were finished by the time I arrived at 8:30 am, and it would have been nice to see them promptly restocked. Given that it's still early in the morning, a bit more attention to replenishing the breakfast items would make a big difference for guests starting their day.
