Lovely elegant spacious clean room with traditional furniture & high ceilings, nice bathroom, warm room, friendly & very helpful staff, nice breakfast, easy parking, good walking location to historic & delightfully historic Frascati with nice restaurants. Gave some very good recommendations of where to eat which was much appreciated.

Room was a corner room facing road - some traffic noise but was a Friday & then Saturday night. Probably would ask for a room not facing the main road next time & overlooking the pretty cobbled courtyard instead - which may have been much quieter. That said liked the elegant room we had and would stay in it again.

Very well located. My room had access to a terrace with a marvelous view to the city down the hill. Was very quiet. The breakfast was good, there were a variety of food to choose from and good coffee. The hotel gives discounts for ESA guests but only if one books it through them.

All the staff were very nice. Only in the last day, we were dealing with a grumpy person. When we told her that we might have the possibility to get a bus 45 minutes ahead of our shuttle but we were not sure. She insisted to cancel the shuttle. We did and the bus we wanted to take never arrived so we called her back within 10 minutes to book us again the shuttle. She was reluctant to even try and later called us and said she can only book something 1 later than our originally booked shuttle. Why she had to insist that we cancel our shuttle even though we said we don’t know for sure if there will be a bus. We just wanted to check and let her know later if we have got it or not. I guess her grumpiness biased her decision!

We were driving and wanted to visit Rome, but not have to drive into Rome. Frascati was a perfect place to go. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station which has a regular service to Rome Termini. There is secure parking at the hotel. Frascati itself is an interesting place and has lots of good restaurants.

There was no food available in the evening.

The villa itself is very beautiful and the location in Frascati is excellent. 5 minute walk and you’re right in the center. The staff are always polite and helpful. The room was big and the bed nice and comfortable

The rooms in the annex are a little outdated and could do with a refresh and the shower could do with being a bit bigger

The room was fantastic, with a bathtub and hydromassage option :D The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi, which didn't reach my room, and since I was travelling for work, that was a bit annoying. The staff and breakfast were amazing. The room is in a perfect location, close to Frascati center and still very quiet.

Did not have breakfast as too expensive as we only want coffee and croissants. Lots of local bars offer what we look for. Would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were able to park at the hotel but they could not guarantee it.

The location is ideal, especially because it is within walking distance from the Frascati train station and the city center. The restaurants in the area are superb. The interior of the hotel is awesome.

We were traveling for business. We needed wifi in our room, but it was not available. We managed to get wifi by sitting in a reception room to the left of reception, which was okay, but when you travel for business, you really need strong wifi access. It would also be nice if we were told that there was coffee available in the breakfast room and to watch the steps... a ramp might be appropriate.

The property was beautiful- the rooms were very stylish, elegant and well decorated

It would have been nice not to be reminded that everything we did in the hotel came with an extra charge - a little more flexibility also to accommodate for a coffee afternoon even if the bar was “closed”

The location was perfect. It was an easy drive to get into the heart of the town.

Although the main lobby was beautifully decorated, I was a little put off by the number of chairs that had signs on them saying not to sit in them. There should never be chairs in a public hotel lobby that guests are not allowed to sit in.
