Very easy central location to find. The room was spacious and well equipped with a small couch, table and chairs, a sink in the main room, microwave oven crockery and cutlery. Our room had a QS and single bed in it. Toiletries, shower cap, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk supplied. We appreciated that the room was on ground level, so much easier for unloading and loading luggage between the room and car. Managers very friendly and helpful, a lovely touch was having the windscreen and back window of the car washed in the morning, it had been a wet night so to have clean windows was a real plus. We asked about a place to have dinner and the recommendation by the motel owner was for the Central Hotel which was excellent. We had a delicious meal and great service.

Location of the Motel was pretty much prime to what we wanted to do, Wife wanted to Catch prawns and i hadnt realize that i had booked a stay which was quite close to our activities, Michelle and Christian were great to deal with, we were coming in late of the Friday long weekend, and she had checked up on us a few times to see how far out and how our drive was going, Christian told us of a few good spots for prawning and where we could fish . When we did see them in the morning, they greeted us cheerfully. Room was quite spacious and Clean for the two of us. Cant Fault the Motel, despite being busy, Christian and Michelle didnt let down their customer service

The room was very clean and comfy and the location was excellent being so close to shops and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The husband even went as far as cleaning our car front and back windscreen early in the morning before we left. What a lovely surprise and a wonderful touch of kindness. I would most definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The only comment for area for improvement would be the coffee sachets. Perhaps considering a different brand. But this is only a small thing and should not deter anyone from staying in this wonderful hidden gem.

The location was perfect and the friendliness of the staff really made our short stay in Lakes Entrance memorable! Sorry we can’t remember any names but the lady on reception who checked us in was so helpful and had amazing recommendations for coffee and what to do in the morning the next day (we went to Raymond Island to see the koalas!!!). In the morning the man who I gave the keys to said he had cleaned our front and back windscreens for us which we were so thankful for as the front one was cover in bugs 😅 If I ever plan on staying in Lakes Entrance again, I would love to stay here!! Thank you.

A lovely comfortable motel room with all the facilities you need for a limited self catering eg breakfast. Within walking distance to restaurants and the attractions of Lake Entrance (some you need a car for) Walking distance to the footbridge to beaches, heritage houses and a pier where we did see seals playing. The chap who checked us in was super helpful and friendly.

It was a little further out of the main area than I had thought. Very noisy fellow guests children at the pool in the morning, guess you cant hold the place responsible for that, a bit early to be letting off that much steam :(

Guessing it is due to regulation requirements, this motel has a restrict rule on # of guest per room per night. We initially planned to keep the little on with in-laws in a different hotel. But it didn't quite work work out in the way we planned. Long story short, the little one firstly decided to stay with me so my wife moved to the in-laws place, but at about 9:30pm, he wanted to have his mother back so we had to break the rule to have three of us staying overnight there. Apparently, this has been perceived as 'lying to my face' by the staff at the check-out (which is understandable). I felt there is no need to explain the situation as I was emotional about the whole thing at the time too. Anyway, I just had to apologise to the staff and left.

The staff were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. There was an incident the previous night apparently due to the previous guest's actions that resulted in a small fire in the room we had booked. The staff were very open and transparent letting us know what happened, that there was a different room available if necessary, but offering us the opportunity to view the affected room first. Thankfully, by this time, we didn't notice anything major and were happy to take the room

The overall presentation both inside and out was very good. They provide a great breakfast which is extra delivered to your room like they used to do. Their pool was spotless well maintained. Very impressed with windscreen cleaning plus sides and back window that the owner did to our car, service you just don't get anymore😊😊

There was some traffic noise but very minimal but being on a main road comes with the territory, but not enough to be an issue when sleeping.

Great value for money. We stayed overnight passing through Lakes Entrance as a family of three. The room is very spacious with plenty of counter space in the main room & the bathroom and plenty of room for suitcases. We were offered some milk on arrival which was perfect. Beds were comfy, the room is clean & as a bonus our car windows were cleaned before we left which was just what we needed after the long drive the day before.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was very handy. It was great to have a dedicated sink to wash our dishes in. There was a lounge to rest on as well as the bed, I really appreciated this. the barbeques was very clean and well equipped. It was efficient and I was able to cook our dinner quickly. I really appreciated this as it was a mid winter evening. The managers were very friendly helpful. I came out in the morning to find the gentleman cleaning the window on every ones cars.

The only problem was that it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower
