This is recently renovated hotel with excellent location. The bed was comfortable and apartment was kept clean every day. The staff was kind and super helpful when we had the problem with water pressure and they solved it in half an hour. We enjoyed coffee that was available in the ground floor.

Not that we didn't like but it could be worth to mention that there are some amenities mentioned in description but missing in the apartment, like iron and kettle. Drying towels and swimsuits was quite difficult as there is nothing for that purpose it the room. We managed to dry them by hanging on metal mesh on the wall, however this would be much easier if more hangers are provided :) Also, it should be mentioned that guest are obligated to pay deposit (not with cash) upon check-in, not just to show credit card as it was stated on Booking.

The only note is for the breakfast. The hotel is so great with a very poor breakfast. The only thing to improve. Is really basic.

The property is clean, and very nice. It was easy to fined it, and it was easy to access all the attractions I was interested in. There is a fiery in 10 minutes walking distance which will bring you to Valletta. And there is a big shopping center near by. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

*The staff were absolutely amazing. They were always polite and helpful. *Location - The hotel is close to bus stops and ferry, supermarkets and restaurants. *Beautiful view of Valletta from the rooftop. * Two blocks from the promenade. * The hotel offers 1 hour extention of the check out for free ( 12pm instead of 11am).

*FYI The hotel is on a hill so it is a bit of a hike. *Bare in mind there is 100 euro deposit, which I get to know only after I have already booked the room. * The balcony is very very small, you can't sit there, only stand. *The bathroom amenities were extremely watery, I am not really sure it they were Rituals (as said on the label)

Our welcome to the hotel by Chiara was exceptional. We arrived early (about 12:30pm) and were told that check in would be at 3pm, however my mother, with whom I was travelling, is elderly (88 years old) and we had been up since 6am and so I politely requested our room to be available as soon as possible. In the end, Chiara was able to accommodate us shortly afterwards. In general, the front desk staff were friendly, polite, helpful and wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. In particular Kristy and Chiara who were so interested and caring. The beds were comfortable, and the room relatively quiet for a fully booked hotel. The location in Sliema was perfect, within walking distance to a large shopping centre and also to the ferries and many shops and restaurants. Fabulous view from the rooftop. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice touch as well.

The room was a little small for two people with luggage, however, since we were out all day everyday and only used the room to sleep, it was not too bad. The pool was pretty small, but luckily not heavily used so we were able to have it to ourselves. It was a shame that the pool area closed at 8pm as it was nice to sit up there and have a drink and watch the sun set. It would be nice to have instructions on how to use the coffee machine in the room for those of us 'more senior' people that are not used to the machine. Likewise for the television!

I would have liked an area like sister hotel to sun bathe. There was a bar unmanned which could have been better. However we used sister hotel which was lovely. Not great for people with walking difficulties as it was steep hill to get to hotel and pavements would not suit wheelchair. On arrival €100 is taken from your card. I was told before leaving I would have email to advise room has been cleaned no issues and money would go back on card within a few days. Still waiting conformation. No reply to my email 😪 however we had a great holiday were made welcome. If you are planning Malta trip great location however just be mindful if you have any king of walking disability.

Lovely room with all amenities

I could hear my neighbours through the walls and there was nowhere to lay by the pool, it needs sunbeds.

Hotel has a great location, only 3 minutes away walking downhill to the nearest bus station that connects to the main destinations in Malta! Ladies in reception are incredibly nice and welcoming and very helpful with tips about trips and activities! I highly recommend to have a chat with them in order to plan your days! The cleaning crew worked really hard to keep our room spotless and always cooled! On our last day we checked out the room at 11:00 but our flight was around midnight and staff allowed us to leave the suitcases with them and came back later after a day at the beach to have a shower and use facilities to get ready for our flight! Absolutely fantastic service!

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel! My first reaction when I got to the room after 13 hours of travelling was that room is a bit small compared with the photos on the website but in the next 2 weeks I’ve started to appreciate it! You really don’t need much space in order to sleep and get ready for the next adventure in Malta!

Superb hotel in Malta, very close to bus and ferry stops. Lovely and vlean throughout the whole hotel, every area. Good selection at breakfast with plenty to choose from. The staff were so very friendly, warm and helpful. No request on my part was too much, they each went out of their way to do the upmost to accommodate my requests and make my stay a happy ,positive experience. My studio room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable with good quality mattress and pillows, room equipped with everything one might need, the bathroom stocked with luxurious, good quality wash and conditioner cream. I highly highly recommend this place if one needs to stay in Malta,
