Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

Wish I could have heard from a concierge checking in during the stay. The app creates a division - between one and one communication. Staff needs to learn more English and there needs to be more options ( not pork) on the breakfast buffet in World Cafe. Some food items were too salty and hardly any spicy options on the menu in any of the restaurants. Desserts need to be a little less sweet. Wish the rooms were larger. No jacuzzis for the majority of guests. The bowling should be included ( sadly there is a fee).

The overall condition of the resort is exceptional. The night lighting of the resort is very nice. Everyone at the resort is extremely friendly. It's nice that most of the employees speak some English.

Not a big fan of the showers. For one, the weather stripping was on incorrectly and the water spilled out of the shower into the main bathroom and the hallway. Secondly, the divert from the hand held shower to the rain overhead shower nozzle did not work.

Food was okay the specialty restaurants for dinner were excellent, the location was beautiful and the drinks were great. I give all staff members a 5 star rating as they are exceptional and very friendly.

It was the AML club or whatever they name is who try to sell people packages. I felt deceived and conned out my money, although they are located at the hotel it gives the hotel a bad name.

The entire resort was extremely clean. The staff was so pleasant and professional. For an all inclusive, the food was really good and the variety was plentiful. Loved the Oceana and its location to the swim up bar.

The are many people, due to religious and health reasons who cannot eat pork. I would like to see turkey and beef breakfast meats such as turkey bacon and turkey sausage.

Amazing location and beach, lovely lay out of restaurants and bars made the complex feel like a village

Cleanliness of room not great unfortunately (2 days not cleaned) guest services/ reception staff could have been better. Here for 20 year wedding anniversary and asked for banner on door, champagne in room and to book a specific time In restaurant none of which happened (not 5* service)

the best of our stay was the pools and kids pools and slides! the Beach is absolutely the cleanest we have seen in DR no seaweed. since we had a villa, we had a butler Juan Carlos who was so great ! helped us with reservations, checked in with us daily in person and phone, brought us ice and even got a cake for my mother in laws birthday ! we had an amazing time ! we are coming back next June for sure ! we sat for the membership(aka time share type of thing) and for us it was a bit of a waste of time but did get a discount to spa and things. and btw the SPA was absolutely amazing. i would have paid any money for that service it was wonderful ! the food at all the restaurants were very good ! also we took a break from the sun to bowl and play in arcade one day. it was well needed sun break lol

only slight negative would be I wish the villa was a slightly more clean. like the grout in the shower and the surfaces of the tables and things. with two kids I wish the house keeper like sprayed the surfaces daily and moped but it was more a quick refresh. also the last morning the buffet was filled with small fruit flies everywhere (it rained the night before so was very humid)

This was 2nd hotel/resort we stayed during our family trip to Punta Cana. The pools were great, restaurants and dinning exceptional (9+ out of 10) - i still wonder how they manage to give so big variaty of quality food for so many people, some shows/enterntainment in the evening. Ovwrall felt like in high class place.

When compared to first place we stayed, we missed more greenery around us, as the resort has relatively very little of that. Not really a drawback per se, but the crowd here is mostly westerners with lot of international music played at pools - did not have a feeling that I have left Europe

I liked the staff they were super friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the lazy river. The activities were great by/ in the pool area . There is a local fish / vendor market 2 mins from the resort on the beach. N safety was paramount. The security maintain the people ( vendors or hotel guest ) off the property. N they actually paid attention to what is going on.

There should be a lazy river attendant / staff for the rafts. Just to guide / maintain order. The handicap ramp is not easily accessible ( direct route ) because the hotel has huge stairs leading from main lobby into the main property u have to go “ around “ this via elevator/ ramps or walk / ride on the golf cart route for more direct path.

The whole atmosphere is relaxing and there is always something to do. If you want to relax and enjoy the pool or beach you absolutely can, if you want to have adventures, you can, if you want to meet new people and form new friendships, you can!

The pools close at 6pm, some of us are night owls and enjoy a late night swim.

The food, service and property were excellent.

The room was not very clean and most days they did not make up our room unless we told them to do it. Every day we came back from the beach we had to go looking for clean towels and ask them to pick up the room.
