The bed was so comfortable, and the installations were great, super clean and everything in place. A late check in was no problem. Communication was fast and clear. I didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't leave a comment. The place was great.

The neighbourhood is a little questionable if you're walking from the train station late at night, but it was fine. That said, this is the center of Naples, so one has to expect as much. The hotel is very near the train station and there's some really good looking cafes nearby that are open really early. I would absolutely go back and would recommend it .

The host was easy to contact and so helpful when our flight was delayed and we needed to get to Herculaneum straight from the airport so we didn't miss our prebooked tour. He met us at the door downstairs and directed us to the lift. There is a small flight of stairs down to the entrance of the B&B but we didn't have any problems with that. Our room was very well presented with a lovely little balcony and unexpected extras you don't usually find ( a bidet, heated towel railing, lots of hanging space and a simple but delicious breakfast included). It is well located to walk to the old town where there are lots of eateries.

Lovely and welcoming space - clean and comfortable. Knowledgeable staff who kindly booked us a taxi to the port.

We chose this property due to proximity to the station for convenience when travelling. While it is very conveniently close, the walk between the station and the property is confronting and was at times frightening. I would advise getting a taxi or more direct way to get to the property. Also both times we opened the main door from the building we were approached by random people on the street who suddenly tried to get inside the property. This is not the property’s fault, and we felt very safe inside the property itself.

Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast with good coffee, room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking the street with ensuite, TV. Complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Was spotlessly clean. Within walking distance of train station and old area of Naples

Accommodation was difficult to find and external photo on advert isn't entrance - it is a betting shop. Entrance was behind a very large, well worn wooden door which leads into a courtyard where you get the lift up to the accommodation. External appearance is poor and trying to find it is difficult as only very small plaque at the side of the door. We arrived after dark and walked up and down a few times until we eventually found it - not ideal in Naples after dark!

This was a perfect stay! Located conveniently between the main station and the historic center, everything was easily accessible by foot or by metro or bus. The property is very unassuming from the street but once inside is a beautifully renovated space. Check in was quick and easy, the room was comfortable with great AC, a nice sized firm bed, wifi, and lots of little amenities. They served a wonderful light breakfast complete with a cappuccino made by the staff. We would absolutely stay again! Grazie mille!

Everything was perfect!

Everything from the hospitable and courteous owner who himself ensured we had a smooth check in, excellent rooms, functional bathroom, nice breakfast, extremely value for money, totally recommended if you want to explore the old town of Naples! We stayed for one night only as we were en route to southern Italy and wanted a night halt to have a good pizza at L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele and it turned out to be a fantastic stay for us in all respects! Although some reviews do complain about a faulty lift but during our stay it was working perfectly ☺️

The building is a little old and unkept but that's the vibe one should expect at this part of old town Naples, no complaints whatsoever

Comfortable bed, Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very thankful to see there was a lift as my wife and I are both pensioners. The aircon kept the room nice and cool, we did reduce it at night as it got quite fresh. The little breakfast rolls were so nice.

Not much to say here. It might have been nice to see a bit more variety for breakfast. We do like scrambled eggs and some ham and it was just a little bit of salami, prosciutto & cheese but that is really just a small thing.

The room was very nice, it was clean and modern. The lady who was there at check in was the cleaning lady, and she didn't speak English but we did understand each other. The owner said if he was not there he could open the door remotely but as she was there , it was not necessary.

The first site was a long alley that had an outdoor elevator that only one person and I suitcase could fit in. We were not sure where to go but luckily there was someone who helped us. Another problem was that the elevator only went up one flight and then you had steps to carry your luggage up. For us older people, its difficult. It is also in an area that was scary. We didn't leave the room. We reserved 2 nights but only stayed one and lost the money for the second night. Then we thought we had found a better place but it was much worse. If you go to Naples , make sure you book a hotel that is well known.

Very nice place with a comfortable room. Massimo and other staff was kind and helpful. We got lot of tips how to best explore the city and it was much appreciated. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and three (!) balconies. Excellent location to take a day trip to Pompei or just explore the old city.

They didn't provider a lot of toiletries. Us both having a long hair, one little shampoo sample wasn't enough, so bring your own if you need it. Conditioner was not provided at all.

We arrived from Rome, it was a quick one-day trip so we needed a hotel next to the train. The hotel is super close to the train, 10-15min. So we dropped our bags once arrived from Rome and went to explore Naples. The host suggested places to visit which was an excellent suggestion, shared map and we saw everything we needed. The room was clean, wifi worked well. We had to leave early the next morning, we were able to grab a nice cup of cappuccino and breakfast and headed to the metro.
