It was a great value. It was clean and had a good breakfast. We just needed a convenient place to spend the night and it was perfect.

There was a lot of road noise. I know that comes with location but it really was loud.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel was very clean. Good variety for breakfast. The pool area was amazing. Loved that it was a heated pool. The best part of our stay I would have to say was the staff. The hotel was pretty full during our stay. Each morning there was a team of staff ensuring there was enough food and you could hear them working together to get things done and rooms cleaned. It was nice to see the level of care they had for eachother, their jobs and the guests. We had a great time! I think we have found our hotel of choice when visiting friends in Corbin.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. Our room was a little small for 4 people, but that was my fault by not looking into the rooms description a little more. There were larger rooms available that would have met our needs better. You can tell it's an older hotel. The rooms and reception area have been updated beautifully, and it sounded like they were working on updating the rest of the hotel as well.

There beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in away from home. Staff nice and helpful. From check in to check out. Breakfast was good. The LVP flooring in the room is nice. (We don’t care for carpet. Gets nasty)

The hot tub broke the day we were checking in and there pool could be a few degrees warmer. The carpet in the hallway needs either replaced or removed. The interstate traffic noise was pretty loud (our window faced the interstate and exit ramp)-no doubt across the hall would have been more quiet. I used my sound machine app on my phone to cancel it out when we were sleeping- worked like a charm. The small nooks and spaces around the mattress could use a good cleaning. Saw some crumbs and hair in there.

This is the best hotel for families that I’ve ever found! Our suite was beyond my expectations. We have a large family with lots of little ones. Because of this, we don’t want to split between two separate hotel rooms. This hotel was able to accommodate us all comfortably in one suite. The kids had room to walk about and stretch their legs after a long drive. The beds were COMFORTABLE - so much so that my husband wants to know the brand of mattresses so we can have one at home! Breakfast was convenient with tables downstairs, and paper plates/cup holders to bring it to the dining area within our suite. This hotel was everything we needed for our family and gave us the rest we desperately needed after lots of travel. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re driving through. Thank you!

The comfortable beds and clean rooms. Had an excellent experience as I was able to unwind and relax during my stay.

The wifi was a little slow and unsecured. The TV channel selection was lacking. Being on the 4th floor, it took about 10 minutes or more to get the water hot. Sometimes, water pressure would drop significantly in the morning. Most likely, due to most of the other guests taking showers. These issues are minor and did not detract from overall experience which was excellent.

Staff was great, had a pool and hot tub. They had razors and shaving cream. Looked at reviews and asked for a room away from the highway traffic. Bed was comfortable!

Smelled like weed on 2nd floor when stepping out of room or elevator. Don’t care if you smoke but don’t want to smell it. The floor didn’t appear to have been sweeped, due to trash pieces noted on floor in bathroom. Hair in bathtub as well. The throw away cups weren’t checked from previous guest I guess. Because there was old food on one cup. The room above us, had kids in it and they were jumping around, very loud. Startled us awake at 8am. The rooms could probably use some better sound proving. lol.

For sheer value for money & excellent customer service throughout the motel, I rate this motel a 9/10. I stayed over 10 nights, and my room was always checked if room service was required. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There is an a/c unit but they can be noisy. Refrigerator & microwave also present. Close to all amenities including petrol stations, restaurants & Walmart Superstore. Parking overnight was safe.

1. Breakfast does cater for vegetarians but in a limited capacity. Generally across Corbin, restaurant food is not suitable for the health-conscious 2. It would be great if booking through BDC that you could collect Wyndham rewards directly 3. On a few occasions my entry card would not work, but Reception replaced my card each time.

The bed was soft and I slept better than I expected I would. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, channel listing sheet and I especially appreciated the extra time they allowed me with a short extended check out. The staff are super nice and breakfast was delicious! The location is great just off I-75. I would definitely stay here again!

Just a couple little things.The toilet seat was loose and moved while I was on it. The softest pillow smelled like it needed to be clean or replaced.

Breakfast was good in that they had waffles and eggs and bacon. The breakfast room gets crowded very quickly. It was so mobbed the first am that we did not have breakfast there the second day. Beds very surprisingly very comfortable.

only two luggage carts. Crowded breakfast area. Wish they would redesign it and maybe make that back room just a sitting room and only the food just off the lobby t avoid congestion.

It was clean easy access to everything. Easy to get to staff was nice some of them anyway Breakfast was nice. The pool was nice except for the overkill of Corinne had plenty of towels very comfortable very clean. except for the overkill of Corine

Too much chlorine in the pool and a hot tub  staff on our last day there was lazy. We asked for extra blanket for my two-year-old and they said no and I asked for a extra pillow and they said no but the first night I got there I asked for an extra pillow for my kid and they gave me one, but when I asked for one the next night that staff was too lazy to go give you one and said no, I had a mess on the floor for my two-year-old I asked for the broom because I want to clean up my mess and the maid worked out when I return the broom within 10 minutes
