The room was exceptionally clean and the window treatments block out all light. There’s both a desk and a small table as well as a fairly large couch. We have stayed at this facility before. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t speak to that or others concerns about their offerings. He k in is on a kiosk which people don’t seem to like but you are face to face with an attendant and it’s extremely easy - no different than check in at the front desk. If you’ve zoomed or use FaceTime you won’t notice a difference. We believe this hotel deserves a higher rating than “good”. We don’t care for Days Inn facilities and never stay at them but this location is an exception. It’s a little pricey but all hotels are.

The location was great for what I was doing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, I would have liked a hot meal other than waffles but it did the trick. The breakfast staff was very kind and helpful.

I would have liked to check in with an actual person. The idea of a virtual check in would be great during times of a busy check in. I did need to use the virtual person when my key card would not work and the desk was not manned.

It was efficient in most ways.

Do not like the robot way. Machine was ok, but you need people at desk. There was not anyone at all. Couldn't get the manager. Line was always busy. We had no soap,shampoo or lotion. Shower soap and shampoo dispenser's were empty. Never saw any employee . I gave the man on robot computer my Whyndam card number, but have yet to have my points now several times I have used Whyndam.

The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was a good size, too. The breakfast area was very clean and well monitored by a helpful staff person. The food was fine and met my needs. For a hotel near the airport it was good in the price range. Nicely decorated lobby.

I appreciated the eco friendly advice about reusing towels but it really bothers me that it seems all Days Inns use styrofoam plates and cups, along with other non-recyclable cups in the rooms, bathrooms and breakfast area. This is NOT eco friendly at all! It's sickening to think of all that going into the trash and landfill every day! I wish Days Inn corporate leaders would change this asap. There are lots of bio-degradable paper products available that would fill the need.

The room was nice, huge! Condition of the room was good and clean. I liked the toiletries and plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was fine. I liked that they had a little workout room.

I think the one thing about this that I didn't like was that the workout room was tiny. There were no towels or wipes to clean equipment before and after using. Also the three pieces of cardio equipment were in bad shape. Breakfast options the day we were there were lacking. I had a much better breakfast in both Amelia Island and Anna Maria Island during our trip.

Easy access and parking. We had a huge room, which I did not expect. It had (2) queen beds, a couch, coffee table, desk and table with chairs. The price was great for everything we had in there. Shower was hot and clean. I slept better on their pillows than my own that I brought. Breakfast served the purpose. Each employee we encountered was polite and kind. It wasn't 5 star but definitely worth the price and worked well for our needs.

I really didn't like having to talk to a computer screen for check in, though it worked well enough.

Clean updated hotel in a great location. Was pleasantly surprised for the price point. Rooms were large and comfortable. Property is near everything. We will be back to stay as our son is attending college nearby.

The virtual front desk kiosk is not that great. It was fine for check in but we needed more towels and since there was not a physical person at the front desk, we had to go to the kiosk and it took quite a while to get the towels. My son forgot his toothbrush and we wanted to see if the hotel had one. Once again, had to go to the kiosk and never got the toothbrush. Checkout had a line so we ended up just leaving without checking out.

The room was very nice & clean & comfortable! The staff that I interacted with were all very nice.

The only thing that I would suggest is that the breakfast that’s included with the price to stay was available a little longer…like 6am-10am instead of just till 9am. I also think there should be a little more breakfast available, like possibly eggs & bacon or sausage. And maybe even adding a flavored creamer for the coffee such as French Vanilla & Hazelnut. The only other thing that was disappointing is that the pool was closed, but it never said anything about that when making my reservation. This is Florida and it’s always pool weather here.

Great price! Location was great and convenient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh. Staff were very friendly.

There was not a person at the front seat upon checkin. Hotel utilises a kiosk service. Although it was very easy to use. There is a deposit that is also held upon registration.

The staff is very friendly. They staff also works evenings so if you rest all day and decide to leave at 3:00pm you will get back and your room would still be cleaned.

I would like them to do a better breakfast they only do waffles I wish tell do eggs bacon etc. but it’s still good but I know they can do it
