Great location.very central.

The smoke alarm was missing. So was he telephone. And if there had been an emergency, the window would need to be broken to vacate had the corridor been compromised. I understand that you were renovating this property, but it makes it unsafe for certain visitors. The carpet was somewhat sticky on bare feet. The carpets were in need of shampooing. No bath mat and only 2 towels. It's technically a room for 4. We moved the nightstand to effectively plug in a Cpap machine, and there was stuff on the floor behind it. Breakfast was un inspiring, and there was no hot water for tea. Your staff, however, were most helpful.

It was under new construction and it was still very comfortable the staff is awesome the third floor was already dine and the rooms were beautiful. The shower was hot,the bed comfortable will stay there everything I go home can't wait to see the rest. The breakfast was limited to coffee and toast so that could be better but I understood. The weather was really bad and she even gave us extra hour to see if we needed to get another day so check them out

Breakfast could upgrade

The receptionist is a phenomenal person! She was there every step of the way, when I have questions or needed directions. She had a breathtaking smile. Her hospitality was superior and professional. Can’t wait to stay there again.! She needs a huge raise!

Maybe allow the receptionist to personally and physically leave counter, but secure the desk and allow them to attend, personal matters or questions that are happening in the rooms that are being stayed in. * I couldn’t figure out how to use a coffee maker, but it was difficult to explain over the phone. It would’ve been easier for her to come up there.

I reserved my room and asked for a downstairs because my mother was handicapped and she cannot be going up her back for it on elevator I even called and when I went to check in I was giving a second floor I asked for extra blankets they say they don't give extra blankets and to top it all for the breakfast they only had cereal with no bowls at all.😟🤔

It was clean and on the first floor for my 90 year old mom. The location is wonderful close to the mall and lots of restaurants in Victoria.

We did not get up early enough for the breakfast. It would be great if it would last at least until 10 am on weekends that would be great. So we did not eat any breakfast at your hotel. Not sure if it was worth it to get up early.

The clean location, nice staff very comfortable bed

The bedding has holes in the blankets and half the wall up on one wall was different colors. The top blanket and comforter had holes in it . Didnt have towels for 2 people and we booked the room for 2 people

This property has a working elevator, clean rooms and nice staff.

At check in my room type was not available. BUT the clerk was able to get me in a handicap room so I could still have a King bed as required. I was grateful.

This is the best Days Inn in the country! It was on par with Holiday Inn. Room furnishings & carpet were excellent. The entire building looked new. It had a gym/fitness center that I used. Lady at check-in was very helpful. I loved my stay here. Room was spacious.

Comfortable bed and good air conditioner.

The toilet top lid was on the floor and not connected. The sink's faucet was very loose. Carpet could use a cleaning.

Room was spacious with room on both sides of the bed for my wheelchair. Elevator was large with a smooth ride. Coffee was very good with a choice of 3 creamers. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was packaged muffins or cold cereal.
