The hotel is perfectly situated for the Messe and centre, you can almost fall out of bed onto the S-bahn platform for a line which goes directly to the Messe and centre. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and bed comfortable.

The wall was a bit thin so I could hear the TV in the neighbouring room quite clearly and it was a bit distracting but fortunately the person next door turned it off fairly early so it did not disturb my sleep.

Super clean rooms and lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and spoke reasonable English. Location is very central to Bad Soden and next to the railway station with a direct link to central Frankfurt.

Breakfast was a bit pricey and there was no on-site parking so I was directed to park my motorcycle in a public multi-storey car park that was however paid for by the hotel.

Clean, comfortable, large, well appointed rooms with good natural light. Particularly liked the comfy armchair and footstool in the room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast selection.

At the time of our visit there were roadworks outside which made access by car tricky, but this was not the hotel‘s fault.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, very big pillows and they were surprisingly comfy. Framed glass balcony so you can still have a view was a nice surprise too. Tea and coffee making option and free mineral water bottles as a welcome gift. Near the hotel there is a parking house where they have their own deal for hotel guests.

The very friendly & hospitable staff, both at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast crew; all of them made our stay pleasant and memorable. The rooms were very comfy, the amenities ample and the 'small' free tokens e.g. free mineral water, Nespresso coffee and craft tea were very much appreciated. The (paid, small fee) breakfast was extensive and great. The location near the station was within walking distance of Bad Soden's touristic attractions, parks and restaurants/cafes.

Unfortunately, there is building work in the area. But windows are well soundproof. Staff should not smoke outside the lobby as the smell is getting in everytime the front door opens.

Large pillows on the bed are really uncomfortable (only found out at the end of my stay that a normal pillow is available if needed.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a truly rich buffet. The room was very clean and good, streetside there was some moderate night-life until after midnight.

The bathrooms are are somewhat outdated but probably fairly reflecting the pricing.
