I liked the convenience of everything and the parking was free. I also like the fact that you didn't get disturbed by the casino noises or restaurants. I liked that parking was free and conveniently connected to the facility. I also liked the convenience of restaurants within walking distance of the facility as well as located in the facility.

The bath rooms need updating. The bath tub on the royal side were so outdated and we're falsely imaged. The bath tub was so high that I fell getting in. The bedrooms were nice but also falsely advertised as they did not have a sofa as mentioned, I also didn't like that I was not told my room was a connector room and someone knocked on my door during the night from the connector room which was scary.

I was first surprised by the smoking room and the smell of cigarettes, I must have booked it without paying attention. But I got used to it. (There are other rooms that are smoke free.) Mostly I found this place fabulous, with a certain cachet and a real soul, a far cry from the chain hotels that are the same everywhere. My room had a magnificent view of the ocean, what a pleasure to see the sunset this way! Above all, the glasses are glass (not plastic like everywhere else)! And that's nice. A bath of rock and joie de vivre when you're not particularly expecting it, that's great! I really liked this place.

There's nothing I didn't like about it: I just got caught up in the cool rock vibe.

Beds very comfortable. Room spotlessly clean. Amazing view over pool and ocean. Room generally well appointed, pleasant atmosphere, very welcoming and temperature maintained at very pleasant level.

Could have done with a fridge. Window a little smeared. Room looking a bit tired, seal around shower doors very untidy, Toilet tissue holder looking very oxidised and old, a couple of painting/decor issues, especially in bathroom area. Damp patch in one corner of ceiling. Alarm clock/radio not working and power socket between beds came away when I tried to remove a plug.

Check in went smoothly, the ladies at the front desk were awesome. The location of our room was amazing . We had a sea view, though we were expecting a storm. It was still great. We watched dolphins play next door. And at night it’s extremely beautiful with the city lights. The room was very clean, may want to bring a blanket, ( thin covers) and maybe a table top fan. ( according to my husband there isn’t enough air flow in room.) bathroom was great with a huge walk in shower! We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe on the property, the food was delicious! Drinks with alcohol in them are a little expensive that’s why we opted to wait till we went to the casino. The waitress was very nice, and attentive. The casino at the Hard Rock was our favorite out of the three we visited. Not telling the other two. We did pretty good on the slots. And the waitress was awesome. We really liked that just about the whole property was smoking. Which was great, so of course we stayed there for most of our trip.

The homeless gentlemen outside the door that were asking for money. When they got ran off one of them just sat in front of the parking garage asking. There needs to be more handicapped parking.

Absolutely love the pool and the pool bar that you could actually sit in the water. Loved all the rock memorabilia. Hard Rock Cafe was absolutely incredible. It was Justin all around great experience. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was by far the best country fried steak and eggs I've ever had in my entire life.

I didn't like the fact that there was no USB ports in the room so we had a hard time keeping our phones charged because we didn't bring any phone charging blocks. And there was no microwave. We ordered room service and the portions were so big that we had to refrigerate some of them and had no way of reheating them. Other than that, everything was great.

The bed was very comfortable, The shower was very slippery. My husband almost killed himself.lol only thing bad is that the coffee machine was broken so I had to bring me a brand new coffee machine. Everything else was good. I was there for my birthday weekend. Oh room service was wonderful. I ordered pizza late night at the leaving the casino and it was good.

I didn’t like that the showerhead was so small and it looked kind of dirty. The tub was slippery. Someone can really hurt themselves . My coffee machine was broken, but they did bring me another one

I've been on a "Refugee Vacation", from South Florida, stressed from all the hurricanes. . . This 2 night stay at Hard Rock Biloxi was just what I needed to relax and reset. The price was phenomenal, the room terrific, and I can't say enough about the wonderful staff! Jessi at hotel check-in is fun, friendly, and super efficient. . . Patti in Security is a doll. I got the Salmon Noodle Bowl from Hard Rock Cafe, it is so delicious and enough for 2 meals. Always felt safe and roomy in the Casino section. Everything great great great!

Property is not only easy to get to and close to other things around, but very entertaining to just walk around and look at all the picture, clothes and instruments of the rock stars, some who are not with us anymore. Very fun and entertaining place to stay. Also restaurants were very good.

Bed was too soft or it’s because the pillows were too big and bulky I didn’t sleep well but every morning when I did get up, I had a back ache. Also the shower got only warm at best and I had to run the water what seemed like forever just to get it Luke warm where I get in it. I like to take hot showers and it never came close to that.

It was very clean

We had children there, due to a cheer comp and when we left sugar factory we were waiting for friends to come out of the bathroom and the kids were dancing to the music on the wood floor and a heavy set security man came over and rudely told us we needed to get our kids under control. First of all no one was worried about our kids dancing they are worried about gambling there was loud music and everything going on so it’s not like they were being loud and disturbing

The room was clean and ready on arrival. The view was great. The bed was comfy. The band at the Center bar was awesome. Yall should bring the disco bar back. The country bar was a waste of space.

Pool side service was poor. The pool servers were hard to find and even harder to order from. They made no eye contact and had to be flagged down. Seems like they would want to make money at work? Also, arrive early if trying to find a pool chair on a Saturday. There is definitely not enough for all the guests.
