I am surprised by the hotel reviews. Probably these are the people who rent a 2-star hotel and expect 5. My personal experience is a small room that has everything you need to have a comfortable rest. Very clean! Cleaning was done every day. Very fast internet throughout the hotel, incredibly nice, polite and smiling staff. Delicious breakfasts. Yes, the hotel itself is not big. Small stairs, small elevator, small rooms, but it is clean and quiet. It is a 30-minute walk to the Louvre and 15 minutes to Montmartre. They allowed us to leave our things before check-in and after check-out so we could walk around. I am very pleased with the service and the hotel. Again, if you rent a 2-star hotel, don't expect 5 and you will be happy.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, very spacious, comfortable beds and the breakfast was delicious! The staff were very nice and helpful as well. We didn't expect it to be so good, given the rating here, but it was.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no heater in the room, so when the heating system gets turned on during the night, hot water and steam starts spraying around the openings of where a heater should have been. We alarmed the staff, so that they can turn the system off and hopefully get the problem fixed for the colder months. I really hope they do, because everything else was just perfect, but definitely do check your rooms and make sure you have heaters in (I think this was a specific problem with our room, because we were promised to be moved but the incident happened on our last night). :)

I am really surprised by bad marks for this hotel. It seems people expect to stay and pay for 2 stars hotel and have 5 stars hotel services. I travel a lot, and I changed hundreds of accommodations so far, and I can say this is one of best for price u pay. It is center of Paris, not super center but very close center. Room is very nice, staff is very nice, even breakfast is nice. And price is super nice, taking into consideration everything. We paid like 160€ for two nights with breakfast, very very good value for money. Bottom line, definitely 10/10!

Very nice hotel and the staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, towels were changed daily. The breakfast was very good as well . Close to metro station but it was so lovely to walk as well, it was not far from some of the tourist attractions. Many shops , restaurants around. We definitely enjoyed every thing and will be our place to stay whenever we decide to be back in Paris .

Internet connection in the room was a bit weak. But it still made our stay enjoyable.

Everything, comfortable bed, Near Gard de Nor station, looked after bags on the day we left until the evening. The staff was amazing, great breakfast delicious croissants. I have no idea why this hotel has bad ratings. Maybe they have improved, I don’t know but i found nothing to complain about this hotel.

I was on the 6th floor and the hotel had no elevators, this isn’t something that would make me hate a hotel just because it had no elevator. If you are a fully abled person, then what is so hard about climbing a few stairs.

The location was excellent! It had a free breakfast everyday, the bed was super comfortable as well as all the facilities within the room. The staff was supper friendly and flexible for luggage storage the checkout day :) also close to many restaurants, boulangeries, Carrefour, etc. walking distance from Subway station, and 20 mins from Sacre Cour.

Room gets a bit hot during the day so a small fan could improve a lot the experience, walls may need some painting. But overall a 10/10 for this stay.

It's a quiet, peaceful, well maintained local hotel. Well within walking distance from metro stations and 15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Liked it so much I cancelled my stay at another hotel in Paris and extended my stay here instead. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I will be back at the end of the month for the Paralympics!

The location is good. Good cleaning. The bathroom is in very good condition. Breakfast items are also good. Staff's behavior is also remarkable.

There is no electric kettle in the room. Those who have small babies , they need warm water for making milk at night. It would be better if they gave an electric kettle in the room.

Read the reviews and was terrified id be walking into a horror show - couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised! Clean newly renovated room and an elevator. Note: definitely designed for slender people and small, but for nothing Europeans aren’t already used to. Great stay!

Near to the station. A bit of a walk but location was a plus and bathroom was bigger than a normal paris hotel that i have been to. I stayed in the first floor

Staff was not knowledgeable of their transports and buses. A bit weird. They should know all the bus stops. People stay there for an obvious reason, they are not from there so basic info would be nice.
