Good location. Sea view in 2/3 rooms. Master bedroom had en suite facilities. Easy to use washing machine. Well enough equipped kitchen and large family room. 2 balconies. Clean and tidy.

We liked everything. It was a little less modern/trendy than city properties we have stayed in but quite well presented for a coastal resort.

This property was beautifully presented and the on site management was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. This complex is in a terrific location if you are not looking to be sitting right in the middle of everything but want to be close to the beach and in comfortable walking distance to all of the great facilities at Rainbow.

The view was amazing!

Being on the floor we were, we could hear the pool running day and night. At night it sound like a toilet running, told staff, but they did not really care

The View was fantastic. the unit had everything you need for an extended stay. Staff were wonderful, and everything is close by. We have stayed in a few different places in Rainbow Beach over the years, but this is by far the best. Will stay again for sure.

we couldn't stay longer

Our room took us by surprise, it is so spacious I could live there! It was very well stocked up with everything we could need even to serve extra guests if we wanted. The games and books for the kids were a thoughtful idea. The TV was a bit of a pain, we didn't really get to watch anything but normal television because it wouldn't recognise our logins for the other services. But no big deal we were still very happy. The WiFi was great and the location just divine. Beautiful ocean views, and the massive balcony shared with the loungeroom and master bedroom meant there wasn't much of this fabulous location we couldn't see. We enjoyed lengthy amounts of time enjoying kt with rhe beautoful weather we had and comfortable sun lounges. Room Was very clean, beds comfy, beautiful spa bath, everything was great, thank you

we couldn’t park our car in the garage as the car space was so small. we had to park outside which was very disappointing. I also feel for the price there should be more supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc.

Amazing location. Walking distance to everything.

Needs a serious deep clean. So much dust. It must get a quick vacuum and wipe over between guests which is not really fair for the premium price you pay to stay. The window sills were filthy. Couch is old and needs a good clean. Old appliances that could do with replacing in the kitchen too.

Perfect location, was a short walk to the beach and main shops. Very clean and modern and very spacious apartment. Pool was very clean and looked cool. All appliances needed were available in the kitchen as well as two TVs. Free parking and also parking available on the road.

To be really picky, it was strange going through reception every time we entered or exited the building. Pool could have been higher to get a better sea view from there, and there could have been barbecue facilites on a top floor and a gym.

there was lots of dust on the bathroom door and near spa vents, obviously the cleaner has missed these places as the door is probably always open when they are cleaning it and it has been missed, there were marks on toilet seat, other than that the place was clean.

Perfect location, close to local shops, restaurants and Rainbow beach. Relax on your private and large size balcony to enjoy the water views,or take a dip in the pool or your own private spa bath. Large open plan apartment & kitchen should you decide to stay in to cook dinner.

Outdoor sun lounges could do with large cushions as not very comfortable.
