First off the main receptionist was so helpful and friendly. He was always making sure everything was ok when we entered back to the hotel. The breakfast had many different options of breakfast foods and fresh juice and coffee. The room was also just right for the four of us. Oh yea and the pool and hot tub were added bonuses. Kids had a great time in the pool as mom and dad went in the hot tub.

Conveniently located to tanglewood. Nice staff and brewery across the street was great for dinner.

I know it was a holiday but the price was twice the price I’ve normally paid at other Holiday Inns that I have stayed in around the country.

The hotel was significantly better than we expected. The staff were very helpful and gracious, particularly Laysa, who went above and beyond to answer questions. The room was a bit small, but great, dreamy comfortable beds. Generous and very clean, updated bathroom. Very good breakfast-- loved the egg white omelettes and cinnamon rolls. Lovely sitting area in the back and very good location

The room could have been larger and the building could have some updates. I also felt the price was a bit high, but granted it's the height of the season.

The rooms are clean and modern, with a fully functioning freezer in the mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffeemaker! Lots of room with a bench adjacent to the closet to set my bags down onto. A good sized desk. There is a gym and a pool, although I did not use them. Right across the street is Barrington Brewery so you can just walk across the street for dinner if you don't feel like driving. The one-button pancake maker on weekends is pretty cool.

During weekdays the breakfast is a bit skimpy. Options are limited to cheese omelet, some other kind of omelet, bacon and sausage. There was one type of bread and egg bagels with Jif peanut butter, jam and cream cheese. On weekends there is an automatic pancake maker and a few different cereals. I don't remember seeing the cereals during the week. There were also bananas on the weekend. They may have been there during the week, but I don't remember seeing them. The chair at the desk has a springy back to it so not much lower back support.

Breakfast offered options, the staff was friendly and helpful. The eating area was wide open sunny and very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Bathrooms are large, plenty of room.

We only used the hotel as we were passing through having spent time in Stockbridge. The hotel was nice and clean and quiet. Although it was at the end of the retail area, it was still easy to get to and within easy distance of everything you would need. The staff were friendly and helpful

Keys to room didn’t work We had a o go to desk each time to try another key with staff assistance “ Battery needs replacing” The evening desk guy said he was going to try to replace but didn’t

Room was very nice and clean. All was fine.

At first, we didn’t know how to turn down the air conditioner, it was cold. Then, the manager said it was on the wall. It used to be on the unit, so we didn’t even think of the wall. That was fine after we changed it from 67 to 73. Also, the bed could be a bit more comfortable and the pillows, if I’m honest, but they were still okay.

The hotel looks strangely run down on the outside so I thought it wouldn't be nice inside. The room was actually quite good sized, bathroom brightly lit, bed extremely comfortable. I was happy.

Overall it was nice. Hardly worth mentioning the lack of drinking cups in the bathroom because there were the disposable coffee cups. Indeed, the exterior needs work, but the value and location are great and the staff nice.
