A cosy complex of apartments on outskirts of Dalyan run by a very caring family which is extended to all their guests. We ate there on a couple of occasions and we found the food good and very reasonably priced.

We understood it to be a self catering apartment but we were disappointed with the lack of essentials eg. Only one toilet roll for week, no salt & pepper, no washing up liquid, absolutely nothing. It sounds petty but these costs can add up so be prepared and take your own.

Second time staying at Minta and I loved it again. Run by a lovely friendly family who are so helpful and kind. Top floor apartment, spotlessly clean and spacious. Big balcony, clean pool...nice small complex so sun loungers always available around it. I also like where it is, as quiet but just ten min walk from center of Dalyan, two from the nearest supermarket. I was travelling alone and felt completely secure and happy. I will return.

When not out, I read at night, so would have liked a bedside lamp.

The apartments are just on the edge of the town, with a 10 minute walk to all the amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful WiFi around the pool. Pool is maintained well. Rooms are equipped with basic kitchen equipment.

Will only accept cash as payment for rooms, which isn’t made clear in the teams and conditions. Having to provide own toilet roll. Bins not emptied till day 4, when the towels and bedding are changed.

Nice size not too big or too small. Pool area fantastic. Apartment spotlessly clean. Food brilliant. Ali, Sadiye and family are wonderful hosts who made all so welcome and could not have done more to make your stay amazing.

Very nice place to stay in Dalyan with family, close to the town centre and the river, nice neighbourhood. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was big enough with lovely views from the balcony. Children loved the swimming pool.

WIFI worked well by the pool but at the apartment you need to be in a particular spot to access it. It was not a big problem for us though!

Great location set on a quiet street but only 5 min walk to main town centre. river. shops restaurants etc Pretty surroundings..tranquil environment..had top floor apart which was awesome..kitchen bathroom bedroom and living area with 2 sofa beds.air conditioned and had balcony over looking pool.eating area.. serves breakfast snacks and evening meals Never stayed before but would def come back 10/10 for us on a self catering holiday.. Ali and his family are lovely and always available if you need them. The apartment location was perfect for us - a 10 minute walk into town but in a quiet residential area. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of room outside of the bedroom to chill out and eat. The pool was nice to swim in with lots of space around the outside and some lovely cats :) Ali really helpfully did some laundry for us and it was reasonable value at 50tl per load. The dinner we ate one night was delicious though additions like salad and beer are quite pricey. Overall the rooms are great value for money.

The breakfast was 190tl which is more than advertised on booking (6euro) and quite a bit for a breakfast plate but some people would be happy with that for the convenience. The WiFi doesn't stretch to the rooms but is strong around the bar area. We stayed five nights without cleaning - this is fine for us but it'd be helpful if someone could empty the bins (or leave some bags so we could do it ourselves). I'm sure Ali would be happy to help if we'd mentioned it but we're used to long stay airbnbs where you do this yourself anyway.

A very friendly greeting and warm welcome await at Minta - such a lovely family run the place. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are functional and have all you need. A bottle of water and a tea bag/coffee sachet would be nice, but we were able to obtain these from reception. The pool looked lovely (we didn't try it) and the shower water temp/pressure was excellent. The WiFi didn't extend to our room, so we weren't able to use that during our stay.

It is run by a absolutely lovely family, they were so nice it made our holiday more special.

The only thing i would say is there is Kitchens in the apartments. There is a cooker, but no kitchen utensils to cook anything.

We felt welcome the second we arrived. Momma pulled us up a chair and Ali poured us an ice cold beer. We were introduced to the family and given all the information we needed to get into town and find shops for supplies. The room was spotless and had all the basics for cooking on the hob. We are vegan so prepared our own food some days. Full size fridge for food and drinks. Bed was comfy and as we booked through booking.com, air con was free. Pool was great, other guests were friendly and chatty but not rowdy. Ali's children are wonderful, polite and very funny, we had the best time with them, but if you want space Ali will make sure you have quiet time and takes no offense. By the end of the week, we felt like family. Dalyan is beautiful, if you get to the Riverside and follow it to the right you end up in a much quieter area with lovely independent bars and restaurants on the riverbank. Would highly recommend Dream Kitchen, amazing food (plenty of veggie and vegan options as well as meaty goodies). All cooked fresh and they will share the recipes with you if you ask. A magical week, we will definitely go back. Thank you Ali
