Beautiful family room and incredible huge bathroom with claw foot bath and shower. There was a lovely little area outside the room to sit or dry towels. Lovely roof terrace where breakfast was served and could be accessed at other times. Delicious choice of fruits, pastries and coffees for breakfast with lovely hosts. Perfect quiet location on the edge of the resort but only a few minutes walk to the beach and one very good restaurant. Other restaurants and Main Street only a 10 minute walk away. A 20 minute drive to the entrance of the Zingaro nature reserve which is beautiful. After a small entrance charge you can walk 10/15 minutes to the first beach or hike the whole route. Parking in public car park across the road from the apartments discounted for staying locally so the attendant only charged us 10 euros for 3 days.

The cleaners facilities were in the corner by the outside patio, so they had to keep passing across the small patio but this was only for a short time after breakfast.

Absolutely nothing to fault!!! This lovely clean and very comfortable accommodation was in a perfect location 2 mins from the beach and 5 mins from all the restaurants and main strip. There was also a car park directly across the road for 5 euro a day and you can take your car in and out as needed. Breakfast on the top terrace was Devine!!!! The bed was so comfy and the aircon works a treat!!!!

Fantastic place - the house is lovely, the terrasse where the breakfast is served is beautiful. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruits and croissants, and savoury choices. Staff was nice and we got upgraded to a suite which was simply amazing. Location is good as only few minutes walk to the town centre and next to the beach. So thank you very much and if in the area, I'll definitely book again.

Giovanni and Camilla were very welcoming, friendly and helpful though out our stay, especially Camilla, who went out of her way to make us feel right at home. They both speak English very well. Good beds compared to most B&B's in the same price range. The B&B is located very close to the beach and walking into the city center takes about 5-10 minutes. Free bike rental at the B&B, but everything in town is within walking distance. Beautiful town without any high rise buildings. Not a lot of traffic and a great atmosphere. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. Grocery store within walking distance. Air condition and fridge in the room, which is very helpful on a hot day. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, which has a great view.

Loved this place. I felt I was at home. Great location, walking distance from the beach and ammenities. Beautiful area and delicious breakfast. Staff 5 stars.

Only negative things was the cold shower on the first night.

I liked how close the property was to the beach, to parking lot, and also a short walk to town with restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fantastic!

The only thing i would change…a cold bottle of water waiting in the the rooms upon arrival. It was very hot and it took a while before we could get to a market to buy some bottles of water.

We had a very pleasant stay here! The B&B had a perfect location - calm area with walking distance to the beach and town centre. We stayed in a family suite, very comfortable and nice decorations. Friendly owners and staff!

The wi-fi wasn’t great.

Hosts, atmosphere, location, breakfast and view. All at your fingertips and for a few pennies! Definitely the best choice for spending in San Vito Lo Capo!!!! Within a mile. The trust of the hosts and their hospitality. Wonderful!!!! Tom & Bara #justmarried

Nothing can be faulted

quietly located but close to the beach and the city where you can find nice restaurants and bars. bikes are offered for free so that you can easily get into the inner city. breakfast is great, served on the terrace and hosts are super friendly and helpful! parking just across the street. would recommend and come back again!

The property was super well located, a pleasant and fairly short walk to the town, and even shorter to the beach. And it was so quaint, the room was really spacious and well decorated, and the rooftop for breakfast was lovely.
