The staff here is just top-notch, incredibly professional and respectful. One of the best things about this place is the breakfast service. It kicks off bright and early at 6:30 and keeps going strong until 9:30, with an extra hour on weekends, stretching all the way to 10:30. That kind of flexibility is hard to come by elsewhere. And let me tell you about the menu—it's got a wonderful variety, but their omelette? Absolutely divine. I won't think twice about staying here again when I'm in Richmond. Oh, and let's talk about location—it's spot on! Right smack dab in the middle between downtown and the west end. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. And did I mention it's right on Broad Street? You can't beat that—it's the main artery of Richmond!

It's was very clean. Very comfortable and desk staff was very polite

I placed a do not disturb sign on the door as instructed. The cleaning people disregarded the sign went in the room. Then to top it off left my room door open all day. Very unprofessional

Breakfast was a bit lacking. Coffee was the worst. We were on a 10 day roadtrip and the coffee at this location was ranked the worst unfortunately

The room was very updated and clean. I loved the lounge chair. The bed was comfortable. There were many options for breakfast including some hot foods.

I have no complaints! It is not a luxury property so the room was a little sterile, but it was also a good value so I can't complain that there were no frills. I would stay here again.

The lobby was a bit underwhelming but it the rooms were so quiet and clean and the bed was fantastic. The staff was a bit overwhelmed by the city water shutoff, understandably. but they were as helpful as they could be.

I wish they had made some sort of effort to provide even one bottle of water for guests as there was no coffee available at breakfast (because of water issues.

The hotel isn’t flashy, but it was very comfortable and very clean. Beds were cozy, water pressure/temp were great, and above all else, it was super clean. The front desk staff were always helpful. Additionally, this hotel is a heck of a deal.

Not much. The appliances are outdated, but they work! So who cares. The in-unit AC unit is pretty dang loud, so if you’re a light sleeper, that might be an issue.

The cleaning staff could be better. The clean superficially. The areas you could see but not a deep clean. The desk and counter tops would still be sticky. You could tell they just wiped the tub and didn't clean the tub/shower. They could have just been better cleaning. Sheets, towels, and blankets had stains on them, and that's caused by washing too much at one time. Overall, it could be better.

Great price for what it is. Amazing location

Only complaint was there were no additional wash cloths avaliable upon request. An associate said they would have some washed and delivered to our room, but they never came. This did not take away from our overall experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Location was good, staff were friendly, our room was clean, we had a lovely sunrise view, price was comparable to other hotels. We needed to be close to Richmond and the university. The pool was nice on a very hot day.

The only problems we had were the hairdryer kicked the circuit breaker once but they fixed it right away. And the AC kind of stopped cooling in the middle of our last night there. So it wasn’t a big deal, but we did let the staff know.
