Everything! Reception lady is so hospitable, the room and facilities look new and clean. After all other places I've been to I was especially happy to see such a clean and comfortable bathroom, it's really good. Room was a little small but it wasn't a problem. There's a place in the lobby where you can hangout and drink free tea and coffee. There are a lot of little restaurants and cafes around, several 7 elevens. You can't go further than the lobby without a key card so it also feels pretty safe

The only negative thing I can think about is pillows being too thick, making the neck hurt.

good location, to walking distance to blue metro line, close to Lumpimi park. couple of 7eleven shops, cafes, restaurant and massage salons around. Nice and helpful receptionist. Bed was big and comfortable, I had a really nice view from the window on the tall buildings nearby. I can recommend staying for couple of nights.

my room was on the last floor (5th) and there is no elevator. Not that I mind it, but if you have some disability or heavy luggage keep it in mind or ask at the reception to get a room on a lower flor ;) this is the only reason I leave this comment so other people can be aware. Generally I really enjoyed the place !

The room looks exactly as the photo! The bed was really comfortable (on the harder side but we slept really well), the room was clean, no bugs, hot shower, you can get your room cleaned if asked for, 10 min walk to metro, 2 min walk to 7/11, laundromats next to the building, there’s shared fridge in the lobby and free coffee as well! As for a hostel it was really quiet and lovely. The stay overall was amazing, recommend it if you need something on the “cheaper” side.

Our room was by the smoking area, so everytime we had the AC on the smell went into our room which was not pleasant. You only get one key card which turns on the electricity as well so it was a struggle when other person had to leave the room. And as to the owners- they are more on the “I’m here to do my job” nice, than welcoming nice which for us personally was not a struggle since we barely saw them either way.

Good value for money tucked down a quiet side street with some local eating and drinking options. Offer a discount for massage around the corner which was great and good value. Fairly close to lovely Lumphini park if you want to join the exercisers in the morning (recommended!)

There isn’t a lift (not a problem for us though), and about 10-15 mins to the metro (half mile) and the park. They take a cash deposit of 500 Baht which was not expected though give it back the day before check out.

The staff is just absolutely amazing! Communicative, supportive, and helpful. The place is clean and in a nice and interesting neighborhood with plenty of local food, two 7-11's, and a 7-minute walk to the Lumphini Blue Line station. The rooms look exactly as in the pictures. There's enough space for a comfortable stay for 1 - 2 person(s). The WIFI's strong and stable. The bathroom is a bit small but spotless clean. Overall, great value for money and I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in Bangkok.

They have Netflix, Web and YouTube on the TV! The front desk was very helpful and nice and they speak English! It's close to the train about 5-8 minutes walking also close to icon mall. Its not far from city center but I'd suggest getting a motor bike because of traffic. Overall the place is clean, close to some food, shops, mall and train and about 15 minutes by car or bike to mbk and fashion mall. I the bed was extra comfortable as well. The water was hot and it stayed that way the entirety of my shower

To get in the tub is extremely high. Getting in and out is a hassle

The hotel is in a nice area, local food around, not too far from the MRT (it's like an 8min walk), staff is very friendly, the room is clean, everything looks new, comfortable bed.

The shower head - please see the picture. It was basically showering the wall, not the person standing underneath it. Besides that, they don't offer anything: no water, no coffee, no kettle, no fridge. For that price I would at least expect a bottle of water. As stated in the description the room is very small and so is the bathroom.

I loved the location! Great restaurants for dinner along the street and breakfast spots aswell! The lady at reception was the loveliest and she gave some great cafe recommendations and helped with how to get around the city using public transport.

That the kettle was downstairs and no hairdryer.

Staff are great. Rooms are clean and fresh, you need a key to get into the stairs leading up to the rooms, so it feels really secure. Location is fab, 10 minute walk to Lumphini park and the MRT station. One Bangkok mall about the same distance away
