The apartments were big, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The access to the tram in front of the property and metro 600m away is absolutely gold when travelling with children. There are plenty of restaurants around and was always safe in the property and the surrounding areas. There is parking if required, but access to public transport makes it irrelevant. Loved the stay and will highly recommend it.

The dryer can be used only in ten minute slots, which is not great. The breakfast was a bit overpriced at €18 per adult and €9 per child.

Good location to visit Paris. Paid parking spot under the building. Recommended for people who want to leave the car at the hotel and explore Paris by metro.

The apartment needs renovation, especially the bathroom. The staff wanted us to leave the room 1 hour before the checkout time.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was spacious as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Porte de Versailles metro station.

It was difficult to find with almost no signage from the street level. I had to request shower gel from reception as none was available in the bathroom.

The hotel room is located in a quiet area not far from the metro, has a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds and Carrefour City is about 10 minutes away.

14 metro stops from Concorde is a bit too far from the city centre. The glass separation in the bathroom did not prevent water from splashing on the floor when we used the shower. It took ages to wait for the elevator to arrive to our 5th floor.

The breakfast was tasty, typical European and there was not a large selection of products. The room was clean, the distance to the tram or metro was small.

Getting to the facility was troublesome because the navigation showed a different place, the parking lot sign helped, but it is not visible at first glance. The toilet in our room was broken.

The Metro/ tram services are nearby.. grocery and ample of good restaurants at walking distance.

The beds were not so comfy and there is no need of bathtub...the placement of toilet was not good in our room 001 ground floor ..it was congested because of the heater..

First : we were relocated to Adagio Tour Eiffel since some problems at Adagio Paris XV. So our comments refer to Adagio company and Adagio Tour Eiffel. - Company response to accomodate us in a better place. - Staff was effective and most friendly. - Location is outstanding, maybe a hint of the nearest Metro stations wouldn't go amiss. - Courtesy Pastries in the Lobby. - Quiet and comfortable apartments. - Closed parking in the building and connected with lift. - Views from 19th floor were amazing ( building has 31 floors )

There are some very negative reviews for this hotel, but I did not find them to be true. The room was very clean, neat and functional. The facilities are slightly dated - but only slightly. For the price and Paris, it is a superb apartment where you can self cater, not have to eat out every night for a long stay

The location and self-catering, as a serviced apartment, whilst very convenient, may not be what you are looking for in a first visit to Paris but if you are after somewhere to stay for a long visit, it's excellent

Good value for money. Bed was comfortable. Would be great if they prepare the sofa bed for us. Nonetheless ot was easy to set ot up anyway. Room was warm and comfortable. The staff was nice and accomodating. To me its not like a 4 or 5 star hotel but the amenities was sufficient. Still 10/10 rating for me. The big plus was they have a luggage room so if you arrive early or want to leave your luggage after checking out you can do so with no extra charge. Location was ideal as well. Located near the motorway that circles Paris city. Also near to metro and tram stops.

Toilet sometimes smell like cigarettes smoke. Most likely from the ventilation from the room close to us who are smoking
