Initially they had me in a room facing an ally/nothing. My room said city view w balcony so for an additional 180,000 dong they switched me to a front facing room the next night and for rest of my stay, and that was fab. Rooms were good size and clean. AC, shower and wifi were fabulous. The location was fabulous ..steps to night market and the bridge to walk around old quarter. There is everything you could want, only steps away. laundry, mini marts and plenty of restaurants. Even though very close the night markets and the river, the noise did not seem to penetrate the room and I slept great. They got me a good price on a taxi to airport. They also had free bikes but I did not utilize as traffic was crazy...could have maybe felt safe using early morning. Great stay!! I highly recommend.

Excellent location, close to the Night Market and the old town. The host was very nice and was able to organise an airport pickup for me and my family at the last minute. Also you can buy the tickets and book the car through the hotel if you want to go to Coconut Forest & Da Nang.

Modern design, comfy and clean house and room! Spacious deluxe triple room. And great host - very helpful with the recommendations or local tours/transportation booking for cheaper prices. Also love that they provide money exchange services and free bicycles.

Squeaky wardrobe door for the deluxe triple room, and poor water flow in the bathroom (whole bathroom floor will be wet after taking a shower).

Superb Location. Very close Proximity from all areas of interest at Hoi An. (Night market, River, food, Japanese bridge, markets etc). Very child friendly property and hosts. Accommodates your need as much as they can. The host family (owner) was quite resourceful and arranged tours at a very short notice. Oh and the Khoi Tay restaurant near the property is very good... very good food...

Very central and right next to the night market and canal as well as great food fendors and restaurants. The snacks and drinks in the mini bar were cheaper than the local stores. Staff were nice and friendly.

The shower was open plan and flooded the whole bathroom floor everytime we showered. Needs a door or a floor lip to stop water spreading all over floor due to poor location of drain pipes. Also took around 4min on high till hot water came through. Huge waste of water waiting for hot water.

The homestay locate right next to night market where I can easily find various type of food and massage service. Homestay hosts are friendly. The room is same as what it appears on booking photo. However, the balcony view is not fancy but we enjoyed sitting in the room and see Hoian sky view through room glass door.

The faucet in bathroom is quite old and hard to use. It may be helpful if it is fixed. It's much better if there is a small shampoo holder near shower area to put my shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on while showering

Location was so close to everything - 3 minute walk to the main bridge, 1 minute walk to the night market, free bike to go to the beach, very comfortable.

Have great location, right next to night market and 2 minute walk to the bridge They give you 2 free water of water everyday ( not the same one in the fridge) and give us fresh towels everyday. Check in and check out was very friendly and easy

Room was quite small but nothing that we wasnt expecting. Look exactly like the photos However, no window in the room.

You’re basically in the centre of Hoi An with everything within walking distance. The room is super spacious and the lady landlord is extremely nice. She takes all the trouble away by organising whatever activities you want to do, at an extra cost.
