Everything. We had a very decent stay for 4 days. We had this very beautiful view and a very spacious terrace that comes along with the room. BBQ activities weren't allowed on the terrace which is understandable but we were allowed to invite some friends over for dinner one night. The unit is visibly renovated recently. Very beautiful kitchen. We were provided decent amount of towels. The receptionist and the owner were equally very friendly and accommodating.

A lovely hotel close to the beach, clean, nice rooms with everything you need for cooking too which was helpful- and a 2 minute walk from a lovely beach. The receptionist was super nice and helpful too. We got a 40 minute bus from the station to get there but it would be very easy to drive to the hotel!

Location was perfect, right across from the beach and right in town by restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was big with a small kitchen. Accommodated check-in late in the day which was hard to find for the area.

Bathroom was a little cramped but it was okay. Would have liked some blankets in the room, beds only have a sheet and I got cold in the middle of the night.

Position was fantastic, just in front of Bagno Vittoria (so in front of the beach) and the staff was super nice and willing to solve every issue. Recommended.

The bed was comfortable but a little bit too noisy and the bathroom just OK.

I definitively recommand this apartment to anyone going to the Easter Bush Campus. It is clean and comfortable, the owner is super kind and it is well served buy buses with different destinations. Some shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Beautiful small beachside town. NOT convenient to Pisa Airport, which is what I was looking for, but that’s on your search engine not the hotel. Older, well-kept property, spotlessly clean.

Bathroom not in room but that was disclosed on the description.

The place was handy for my purpose - travelling by public transport, bus stop 150m from the hotel. My room faced the "main" street plus it is Italian vacation place, so it was a bit noisy. But closed window and air conditioning solved the problem. A 10km long sandy beach 150m across the road. Pisa/Livorno 15 minutes by public bus. As I said - handy for my purpose. Plus very nice staff, including the lovely cleaning lady, cafeterias, ice-cream ..all few metres off.

On my journey I got stuck in a traffic jam so I couldn't make it to the hotel during the check in time. I called them and thanks to the patiently waiting staff I was able go get a late.check in. Thank you so much again here!

Quiet little beach town, centrally located for trips out to the surrounding area, Pisa, Florence, San Germaningno & City of Sienna & more.

Nothing to say here, all was great

Just a minute away from nice restaurants and beach entrance. Parking behind the hotel. Spacious but cosy mini appartement. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helped us tremendously when we needed a vet for our dog.

Although the hotel allows dogs, they are not welcome at any of the privately owned beaches (incl. the one right opposite to the hotel with similar name). The small public beach does allow dogs and is about a 15mins walk.
