The service is fantastic. Staff members, maids and food prep are all so very nice. They really make my staycations enjoyable. The rooms are always very clean. I recently discovered the room with the jacuzzi which is amazing. I had no idea it existed. Room # 138 I believe. The breakfast buffet is the best in any hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s just another reason to go there. I also enjoy the noon checkouts. The extra hour is very nice to have.

I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like about the property. An indoor pool isn’t really missed but I do enjoy using the outside pool during summer stays. The only thing I can think of is no snacks for us very early workers. Lol. I start at 5 am so it would be awesome to have a grain bar or smthng. However I can bring my own.

The staff and cleaning crew were so wonderful. They were ALWAYS ready and willing to help me. I never had to worry about getting the supplies I needed, whenever I needed them. The breakfast was delicious, loved the waffles, fruit, bacon, eggs, etc. I’ll be back in town soon and I’ve already rebooked.

They have a hot tub and pool that is nice, but sometimes (weekends) it gets a little crowded with families. Other than that, the outside space is a nice vibe. Bathrooms need a little attention.

The location was excellent and around everything you can think of. The hotel staff was nice and the food was decent. I loved the washing and drying was free.

Breakfast attendant always seemed to be cleaning up early. I would go at 8:50a and breakfast would end at 9:30a and she’s taking stuff up. Also the pool was heated but it was 90+ degrees so the water was not refreshing for the time we visited. The website states the free dinner is Tues-Thurs but the hotel is mon-wed so that needs to be corrected.

I like everything about this place amazing stuff both at front desk and the cleaning stuff , very clean place , the best I’ve stayed at don’t want to leave , home feel to it , did I say how very clean and great breakfast, and mon-weds, they have a meet and greet down stairs , with food , 5pm-7 .😊 super friendly and they care here❣️ every time I come up here , going to stay at this hotel…!

Ended up on the 3rd floor with my pet which made the trip up and down the stairs hard on the body, there was something left in the cupboard that kinda smelled the room which I informed staff also if anything was stopping me from staying again it would probably be the fact that all I smelled was marijuana for 4 days. Everytime we come to town once a month we always stay here but because I had to smell this even in my room this kinda ruined it for me. I'm a cigarette smoker I walk myself outside to smoke I don't understand why the marijuana is allowed in the hallway the rooms it can ruin a trip.p

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room, it was like a small apartment with a full, compact kitchen! Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the manager attended to a very minor detail in my room and made my stay even better. The breakfast was fantastic—beautifully presented, clean, lots of choices. I actually can’t believe how much I loved this place—I’m super picky. The beds were so comfortable and I loved my pillow so much that I googled it so I can buy some for my bedrooms at home. I really can’t see how a review can get better than this—when I was choosing where to stay this hotel was a little pricier than some others, but boy, oh boy, am I glad I took the chance. Those excellent ratings are spot on. And pets are welcome here! This place was great. Hot tub and pool, too. LOVE this hotel, definitely coming back, and very interested in getting the app so I can patronize this group of hotels when I travel in the future.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer.

I loved the way the rooms are set up with the mini kitchen. the room size was awesome and very clean. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved having the couch and extra space. The breakfast was the best of any hotel I ever stayed in!! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

I there wasn't anything that I didn;t like.

Good selection of breakfast food items each morning. Liked where the coffee was stationed which helped with the serpentine flow of people moving through the area. Liked the location overlooking the pool area where we were entertained by the birds. They chose a shrub in which they felt safe.

Appreciated having access to the laundry area where there were 4 washers and dryers. However, one washer and dryer was out-of-service, and another washer had clothes in it for hours preventing other guests from using it.

Buki Sumaj and staff were very kind and welcoming. We had our 2 dogs in the hotel for 10 days and it was a perfect place for our dogs to stay when they couldn’t be with us. Buki even watched one of my dogs on Christmas Eve!!

all the doors slam and this took some getting used to. the bathrooms had no ventilation if the door was closed so the paint was falling off. the carpet needs a deep cleaning

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. When we got to our room it was very clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. We noticed a broken cabinet door and we called down mainly so we wouldn't be charged for it, the maintenance man was very nice and got to it right away. Would definitely recommend, its a great central location for families/couples/solo travelers.
