The beds were extremely comfortable! The staff were extremely nice and helpful! The front desk clerk was kind enough to hunt down a luggage cart for us. The nice cleaning lady in the breakfast area was extremely helpful in getting my coffee. She was so sweet and kind!

We had to wait on a luggage cart before we could unload our car. The room had no wash clothes. The design of having to slide the mirrored door to use as the bathroom/closet door was incredibly inefficient. That’s about the worst design I’ve seen in a hotel. The sliding door never closed completely for the bathroom, and it was heavy and aggravating to pull.

The free breakfast, the fact that the front doors locked after 10pm at night so only key holders can enter. The location, the staff, the overall hotel was very clean, and the size of the rooms were spacious. Also, I liked the idea that the shower is separate from the sink area, so one person can shower, while another gets ready.

The curtains were stained, they could use a wash, aswell as the pillows on the couches. But that’s the only con I found at this hotel, and that was the least of my worries honestly.

IKeisha was amazing. Welcoming, professional, knowledgable to what area. I was traveling with my 96 year old Mom. Ikeshia, greeted us ny name , everytime we came in contact with her( 3days.) Made my Mom feel special.

There's no "there" there. It's a soulless place that felt more like an institution than a place to kick back after a long drive. And if you're going to serve breakfast, you ought to do it with proper crockery and silverware, not paper plates and cups.

Room, breakfast, and facilities were very nice. The staff was super!!!

My 5th floor window view was into the yards of the adjacent neighborhood homes. On New Year's Eve, I was subjected to seeing and hearing whatever fireworks or other activities that were happening at these houses. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

I love the location of the property and the friendly staff.

What I didn’t like was the people above me staying up and allowing their kids to keep noise going from 7pm to 12:14 am. Your staff was wonderful. Every time I called the desk they sent someone up to check on it. The second time the noise stopped and I was able to get some sleep.

The breakfast was really good. Rooms and outside area was clean. Bathrooms looked up to date and clean. After a certain time you had to use keycards to get in the building and we felt safe at night. Thank you.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a nice area with everything we needed less than a mile away.

The energy, and friendliness of staff! The room was immaculate!! Neutrogena products were a big plus!!!

I prepaid with Booking.com . I was charged again upon arrival. There was definitely a breakdown in communication somewhere and I assumed it was Booking.com because I requested a room with an actual tub BUT Once I got in my room it was so nice I didn't want anything but to shower and get in the bed! I knew the charges would be resolved upon check out! It's happened before when booking. The friendliness of the staff made it easy to trust it would be resolved without issues!! Upon checkout I turned in my room keys and was greeted with another warm smile, an apology and a resolution! I am grateful !

Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety.

The bed is extremely squeaky and so was my sister’s. The hotel needs to invest in new box springs.
