The good size of the room and bathroom. Bed comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Lots of light in room. Kettle, safe and mini fridge in room. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast room was spacious and selection of food was extensive. Breakfast staff was always pleasant and discreet. The hotel was situated within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit in Seville. The bus from the airport stopped about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The only lift in the hotel was broken on a couple of days and for most of my stay the fourth floor access to the lift was broken. Wondered how people managed if they had issues using stairs

The breakfast is amazing, you can make a whole charcuterie board with all the items available and they are delicious. The room was super clean, the shower is amazing, the amenities provided are of high quality as well. The staff is super polite, helpful and gentle, and one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is at max a 15m walk from all the great places, is super safe and with multiple restaurants and bars close by. And the hotel smell is amazing, everywhere you go there is this wonderful smell of a place that is clean and well taken care of.

Nothing, it was really excellent. The only super small complain is that the air conditioning controller on the wall was a bit finicky, but after you configure it was working as expected but other than that it was perfect.

Very happy with my stay here. Room was comfortable and warm in winter. Although it was a street-facing room, the sound insulation was good so it was quiet in the room. Staff at reception were helpful and professional. The location was great, I could walk to most places I wanted to go to, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, and there’s a taxi stand right outside. The only things I would improve are the toilet seat (it seems smaller than a normal toilet seat, and might be an issue for a larger-sized parson) and the 2 steps up from the room entrance which was a bit odd.

Location .. 3 min walk from river and Triana bridge. 5 min walk from plaza de armas for buses. 10 mins walk from centre with cathedral and Alcazarc. Lovely room . Staff . We were left a couple of bottles of cava for our anniversary .

Breakfast selection was good and varied … plenty of choice but not for my taste unfortunately . Yoghurt was lovely with loads of nuts seeds fruit etc but warm selection was a bit strange for English taste ie potatoes with salt , broccoli .there were scrambled eggs but I felt the price of breakfast was a bit steep personally for what I ate . Bin in reception was overflowing a couple of times.

Location good for everything. Our room was very quiet, not sure if rooms on the road side would be so quiet on a busy Seville night. Friendly and helpful staff.

A fair bit of mould in the shower. We booked with option to cancel up to 12 days in advance. Hotel then wanted us to pay 12 days before stay. It wasn´t possible to do this via booking.com and I was directed to pay on some website I´d never heard of (Hotellatelier.com?). I refused to do this as it seemed insecure. Took some messages and a phone call to resolve. I really don´t hink the hotel should be doing this.

Great location in a very historic part of Seville, walking distance to many sites, shopping, restaurants Wonderful staff, always ready to assist and pleasant to talk to Room was large, with lots of shelves and hangers, a good desk, strong WIFI, a big bed and great shower Very secure. Reasonably priced.

At times there was a lot of noise from the hallways and other rooms, also building noises during the night I found the bathroom to be a bit too small and not well set up.

A very nice hotel in a fairly central area, close to the tourist attractions. There is no need for means of transport, you can walk around the city. They collaborate with a parking lot in the area to leave the car in a safe place for a cost of €21 per 24 hours. Very good breakfast and the place to serve it is like in the kitchen at home. Room with balcony, quite spacious and modern.

The only thing I would object to is the rather dark room. Quite dark colors on the walls and with a pergola covering half your window, in the morning I thought it was night.

Good location near the river and with many restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely sized room with a terrace, which we were so grateful for in the lovely warm weather - we had several very relaxing meals sitting at our little table outside and did some good lounging on the loungers. The hotel bikes were an excellent bonus (until one got a puncture), and Seville is so easy to cycle around - lots of bike lanes, and a lovely riverside path. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Staff were excellent, particularly Lupe and the lovely breakfast lady.

The bed was very hard!

Location was excellent. A short walk from the key attractions, maybe 800 metres. Rooms are modern and stylish with great bathrooms and showers. Toiletries included, shampoo, conditioner and shower get. Eco friendly approach. Cleanliness is excellent. Beds and linen are fresh and comfortable. Breakfast at €14 or €13 if you have it everyday. Great selections, yogurts, meats and cheeses, fruits, hot option and various breads and pastries, tea and coffee. Eat as much as you like. Staff super friendly and very helpful and will book things for you.

For the price, the spacious double room with terrace was excellent value for money. We really appreciated having quality amenities, including a kettle and minibar fridge and we liked the quiet and calm ambience. The staff made us feel very welcome upon arrival and the free 24hr post-check out luggage storage was particularly welcome as we had an evening flight. All the main attractions and coach station are within walking distance too.

We requested a double bed but this was subject to availability and we had two single beds pushed together.
