everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We were also impressed with the newly renovated room, which was spotless and had a modern and stylish design. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay with great hospitality.

Everything was very clean. Great service during breakfast. Excellent coffee. Family friendly location and hosts. We got an extra baby bed and had the opportunity to warm up the meals for the baby.

I prefer sleeping with one blanket for each person, but this is just a cultural difference and doesn't mean that i can really say anything bad about this location.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. They waited for me even though I arrived very late (almost 11 pm) and prepared breakfast for me early as I had to leave by 6:30am. Large and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Free street parking.

Communication could be a little better. I messaged the host a few times before my stay but it was usually several days before I got a reply. It was probably due to the fact that they didn't speak much English. We had to rely on translation apps to communicate when I was there.

Where to start from? :) Let me start from the hosts. The most pleasant people I have eve met. You will feel so welcomed and regret you haven't booked few more days. The breakfast is amazing, home made and something newly cooked each morning. The room was extremely comfortable, quite big and the hygiene/cleanliness was on exceptionally high level. For the location itself, yes, you need a car, but it's a wonderful and peaceful neighborhood where you really can get proper rest after you leave the Como buzz. The city of Como is just few minutes away by car and Switzerland is also very close, in case you decide for some variety. Parking there is very easy, as you get your own spot in front of the house.

Literally nothing to report here - I only dislike that we didn't stay more.

Walter and his wife are so kind and helpful. They are really trying their absolute best to give you a great experience. We got breakfast freshly cooked by his wife every morning. The room was spotless, beds comfortable and wifi was strong. The area is quiet and away from the city centre which we liked

The house is very well decorated making it bright and fun. Breakfast in the morning. Quiet neighborhood that gave us a goodnight sleep and a peaceful morning. Everything was amazing

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The only small complaint I'd have is about the automatic light system in the bathroom and corridor not having been the best idea. The corridor light kept turning on whenever there was a small movement in the room itself.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, colourful and quiet. We stayed for 1 night on the way back home after our holiday. The breakfast was simply but very good, with fresh products. As an "on the way home" B&B, it's perfect.

The room is brand new and comfortable, homemade breakfast, the car is parked on the street outside the property, on a quiet village road. 15 min drive to Como. The owner, Walter, a very friendly and welcoming gentleman. I recommend it for people who travel with car.

Walter made us a special cheese and ham sandwich. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet. We could have our breakfast on the terrace,

There were only a few parking spaces at the street. The house was hard to find.
