The dinner and service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The gift shop was so much fun. The bath tabs were super deep and large. The view was so pretty.

The indoor pool was cold. I was looking forward to it being heated. The shower pressure wasn't good. I didn't like the kids running at all hours of the day through the halls. It seemed as though the parents were allowing them to do whatever and disturb the other hotel guests. The kids were running around the resteraunt and getting very close to other people's tables during dinner and the parents/adults were not being attentive. So I just think there should be a little more ways to make it enjoyable for a couple that's there with no kids. Maybe seat kids and couples without kids separately. Make sure the kids aren't running through halls at 7 am and 9 pm at night.

I was a part of a team that use to bring 4th graders to visit the sites in the area for NH history. We stayed in the cottages. I loved the area and wanted my grandchildren to experience it. We only stayed one night, after visiting Santa’s Village in Jefferson. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and walk around the pond. There was resurfacing being done on the parking lot but that in no way interfered with our great time. As an inconvenience bonus, the resort gave us a gift certificate of 50% off another stay, even though there was literally no inconvenience!! We will see you next summer! Thank you!

We should have stayed longer! It was a short visit!

The pool is nice and deep, the hot tubs are beautiful with a wonderful view, the breakfast buffet has many great fresh varieties. They even had high chair for my toddler which was incredibly helpful. The resort restaurant has a beautiful view with a lot of natural light.

My room had a clogged sink which wasn’t a big deal because there are two sinks in the room otherwise everything was wonderful.

They resort was awesome. Room was clean, beds comfortable, water was hot. Pool and hot tub amazing.

Unfortunately the entertainment was bad. Travis Cyr. We couldn't understand any of the words he was saying, all muddled. Plus there weren't any that were popular. Even the kids weren't dancing. We were here last September and this one woman sang great hits everyone danced and sang along. Get her back often.

Food was good, especially french fries. Service was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster, not as good value for the money, but was convenient. Rooms/ resort is a bit outdated, but charming. The gardens were beautiful.

Rooms would be better if updated. Need more comfortable beds (larger). Need more convenient outlets in the rooms. The fridge had a piece that was broken.

Loved the fact that the lodge provided everything you needed - restaurant, shop, game room, fishing, paddle boating and not just one, but 2 POOLS and 2 Hot Tubs!! We LOVED the pools - the warmest I've ever swam in! The views from the area were very serene and great hiking trails close by.

Beautiful location!

Some of the days the restaurant didn’t open for 1-1 1/2 hours past the noted opening time. It’s not around anything else so it would have been nice to know so we could have gone elsewhere. The food and service was delicious.

Property has plenty of amenities to keep your whole family entertained. Two pools and hottubs. There is a restaurant on the property with amazing food drinks and servers. They do poolside service as well

Breakfast was great, pool was amazing - outdoor pool has great views and is well kept. The changing rooms in the pool are a bit worn out.

Room is normal motel room. Not resort class at all. Acceptable but Eclipse pricing was steep.

We love the amenities! Especially the outdoor pool and hot tub in the winter. We have always had a wonderful and the Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Thank you!
