1) Location good, near to eatery (walking distance) 2) Worth the price 3) Washroom quite spacious (I'm bit surprise) - 3 single bed room 😳 4) Plenty of car park (in front of hotel) 5) Cleaner staff (Sabahan I guess) very efficient/ helpful (made a complaint on tv issue), in 2 min staff came to my room & fix it

1) Cleanliness really need improvement (towel & bed sheet got yellow stain 🥴) 2) Receptionist to improve on her courtesy (eg : the way of answering question a bit unprofessional) 3) No lift for 3 pax & above room ( not convenient for old folks, kids)

The bed was good, the pillow sedap sangat tidor. The room was clean. Air conditioner works well, plus they provided wall fan too. So the room is cosy enough. There was no kettle, but u can take water dispenser di luar bilik. Ada hot, warm and cold water. They will give u air cond and tv remote too

Water bidet ada leaking and we cannot close it tight. Nak lock bilik tu, kena bersabar sikit. U need to learn how to lock it the right way. Kalau tak nanti bilik tak berkunci 🤭 i wish the receptionist explained to us which is the room card and which is the door entrance card. Also i wish they will notify us how to on the as well

Mattress was a bit weird. It kind of sloped so it was a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is located adjacent to KFC and also within a short walking distance to a 24 hours mamak restaurant, so finding foods will not be a problem if you stay in this hotel. The parking space is plentiful and free as well. The area is generally safe because its located in front of a police station.

Street noise.

There's KFC, pharmacy, mamak shop, watsons, maybank and other shops below the hotel. The room is clean and the toilet is clean.

The room was quite small for a twin sharing. But i booked last minute. Would be great to book a bigger room if available.

please look into - 1- provide a mug or a jug for taking a water from the dispenser 2- the air con is warm 3- 1 more extra pillow because the pillow in the room too soft

The room and bathroom are very clean. The air conditioner and water heater shower are all functioning. The mattress and pillows are clean as well.

The closet looks old. Need more pillows on bed.

I am very grateful that the staff let me keep my bicycle in a storage room overnight. Thank you.

As a suggestion, to have kettle, coffee and tea in the room. It would help to have information about the town, like recommended cafes and restaurants, and banks, for example.

The room very spacious. Eventhough it said for 4 adult but can put at least 10 adult(if you bring your own mattress), Location, near to a lot of shop. Had laundry corner inside the hotel near the reception counter.

They need to repair the toilet door. Can't lock. Other than that all in good condition.
