Excellent place for families! We were just meters from the beach. Pool was wonderful. The manager was excellent, fantastic service!!

The bed might as well have been on the floor. It could have done with a good deep clean. There wasn't anything left in the kitchen, coming from nz we had to buy everything from salt to dish liquid to dish tablets and dish brush etc. But could not beat the absolutely fantastic beach location and we had the bottom floor, great for the kids. These were just minor compared to our wonderful experience there.

Our stay at Raintrees Moffat Beach was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better - just a short stroll away from both Moffat Beach and Dicky Beach, making it incredibly convenient for our beach outings. The pool was a highlight of our stay, with its inviting warmth and soothing spa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The kids were overjoyed with the slide, providing endless hours of fun and excitement. Overall, the combination of comfort, convenience, and fantastic amenities made our holiday truly memorable. Highly recommend!

To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay at Raintrees Moffat Beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. Fantastic family friendly place.

Location was fantastic and the Staff were wonderful and really helpful. Loved the location just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a hit with the kids.

To Room was clean enough but could definitely be improved the floors felt sticky like they were not mopped properly. The Couch could do with replacing and so general maintenance wouldn't go astray, overall we had a great time and for the price it was well worth it.

Loved the location, especially the gorgeous little walk through the rainforest to the beach, cafes etc. Our three bedroom townhouse was very comfortable and perfect for our family of four. It really felt like a home away from home. We were so close to the beach we could hear the waves at night - bliss. The kids loved the pool with the waterslide and going to the two playgrounds that were also very nearby. A perfect little family holiday, and also a great stepping stone to Australia Zoo and Sea Life Aquarium :)

There wasn’t enough toilet paper and bin liners for our 5 night stay, so we had to buy our own. Next time we will be prepared.

Location and the overall stay was lovely. The view from room was beautiful The lay out was great Staff were nice Gardens were beautiful

In terms of cleanliness, I had to wash a few things prior to using them as there was still food stuck on it . I didn't really mind as I understand it's hard to monitor everything. Average little bits of wear and tear noticed but did not make the stay any less enjoyable. I did have to spray couch with glen 20 as a particular spot smelled like urine. That I didn't like....

Just walk through the secrete passage to the Moffatt beach for 2mins. Location is good to King's beach, Caloundra CBD and other beaches. Lots of good shops and restaurants are near the accommodation.

The back of the sofa, next to the bed, behind the TV, etc. are dusty and dirty. The dishes, pans and glasses in the drawers couldn't be washed cleanly, and the frying pans weren't clean, so we decided to not cook used BBQ outside instead. A message for guests who stay next time, there are no tissues, a towel per person (there is no spare when used in the pool), there are no spare toilet papers, no shampoo and conditioner (soap is available), there is no pay TV, and there is a free Wifi, but it is too weak and slow to use at all (limit 500gb for 3days).

The pool for children is great. The easy access to the beach. Close access to shops. House was fully equipped.

The pool surrounds need updating. My feet are shredded from the pebbles. House had no aircon. Didn’t always need it but some days it was so hot and the fans and open windows did not help.

We liked the closeness to the beach and the heated pool and water slide was a winner with the kids. Loved the rainforest backdrop.

The floors needed a good clean as our little crawler was left with black hands and feet every time he touched the floor. It was a little dated in the bathrooms with abit of trivial damage so could do with spruce up. We were in a downstairs unit and could hear upstairs noise all night . We needed to scrub the cups before we used them as they didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time.

The location is perfect with ocean views and breezes from our unit! A short stroll from Moffat Beach, not far to Dickies, with shops, coffee and takeaways close, we barely needed to drive anywhere. Our adolescents loved the choice of 2 pools. Parents loved the beach. The town house was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The internal stairs are steep. (...of course a "town house" will have stairs - my bad for glossing over that in my planning.) Whilst the place was generally really beautifully clean, the mould in shower heads and wet area corners was a bit off putting. Weather was disappointing... if only the management could look after that as well as they care for the property! 😊

Fabulous location, to dog friendly beach and cafe strip in quiet part of Caloundra. Rock pools to also explore and headlands for view and close to playground. Great BBQ area and pool with water slide. Friendly staff, welcoming to kids and responsive. Every bedroom and main area took advantage of view and wonderful size of townhouse. Well equipped kitchen.

Pillows need replacing, even with two or three not much support. Could do with a towel railing esp as 3 bedroom unit, sliding door could do with maintenance.
