We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and were so impressed with the customer service throughout our stay. Reanne, Diego and Damia were so incredibly helpful. We were greeted with a beer and they also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast was great every morning, they had a nice relaxing pool area and spa. It is located in the heart of old town Alcudia and it had such an authentic and welcoming feel. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and it was a short drive to the beach as well. We also had no issues finding free parking within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bathroom in the room was not completely private (the door has openings at the top and bottom) but it seems like this was a common thing with everywhere we stayed in Mallorca so it was not a big deal.

The hotel is beautifully presented, the room was lovely. We had the room with an outdoor hot tub and patio for sunbathing, and it was spacious and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of hot and cold foods including traditional Mallorcan pastries. Above all what stood out was the customer service from the staff. Diego and Rianne were both so helpful (and Damian on email though our paths hardly crossed in person). We were there for a cycling event and nothing was too much trouble... advice on the local area, packed breakfasts, access to the (secure) bike room at all hours, restaurant recommendations and bookings, extra water for the room, and (after the bike race) a myriad of first aid supplies for cuts and bruises! I cannot praise the staff highly enough. If you want a true boutique family hotel feeling, this is it. Thankyou Diego and Rianne for really looking after us.

Honestly, we couldn't fault the hotel, the staff, the location or the room. We loved it.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were unbelievable and could not do enough to help us. We were over for the Mallorca 312 and the hotel had a bike room for my bike complete with stand and tools for any repairs etc. They pre prepared a breakfast for me the morning of the cycle and genuinely could not have bene more helpful other than doing the cycle itself for me. Location was superb with any amount of restaurants to eat in within walking distance. Wellness Centre and massage was a big help after the cycle.

Couldn't say a bad word about this hotel and my experience there.

Located in the heart of the old town 20-30min walk to main Alcudia port or in other direction to small local beaches which were beautiful. Hired electric bikes from hotel and easy ride to local winery and Pollença old town. Great to have small pool and spa facilities too

Our room (1) opened onto breakfast dining area so a bit of noise in morning and didn’t really want to open curtains as people could look in but only a minor issue and overall whole hotel is lovely

What a fantastic experience with Diego as our host! His authentic hospitality was truly refreshing and made our stay unforgettable. Not only did he greet us with a warm welcome, but his humor added a fun and lively atmosphere to our time there. Moreover, the in-depth conversations we had with him were really enriching. Not only did Diego demonstrate a deep understanding of his surroundings, but he also shared valuable insights that made our trip even more fascinating. Also Rianne was top! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, the beds are really comfy, the service is impeccable.

we had a very comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. The staff were more like friends to us but always with the necessary discretion. "breakfast" was a brunch every day with changing surprises for over a week. the spa can be booked (free) for private use for an hour, so you have it all for yourself. location is in the heart of the old town but you can walk to some of the nicest beaches from there in less than 30 minutes. I hope I have the chance to come back.

The pool area was fabulous for a city centre hotel. Breakfast lovely, staff excellent, very helpful. Our terrace was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Spa was a bonus.

No mirror on the wall to do makeup in the bedroom in front of the desk so you can sit.. Not enough space in the bathroom to do this. No conditioner in the shower. No shower on 2nd floor terrace area so too hot to sit on the fabulously comfy sun beds there

Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Diego! They could not have been more friendly and helpful. :) The hotel had a lovely intimate feel, it was right in the centre of the Old Town, but was still lovely and quiet. Lots of options for dinner and drinks nearby and you can walk to the beach (20ish mins) there is also a lovely breakfast that was included with the stay. I'd definitely book again! x

Amazing location and service, the receptionists were always friendly and eager to help. The spa was free to use - you just had to let the receptionist know in advance so they could turn it all. They also gave us a free upgrade which was a really pleasant surprise. The pool area was really quiet considering the central location of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.
