Great functional hotel, professional staff, the breakfast spread was elaborate and rather good. Really enjoyed the hotels hospitality and food. Kudos!

I had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional service during my stay at the Radisson Blu. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was seamless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Clement, Yashashree, and Bhumika whose warmth, professionalism, and dedication made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of, and their efforts truly made a difference. It’s not often that you come across such outstanding hospitality, and I’m incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. We are already eagerly anticipating our next stay, which is on February 1st, and I’m confident it will be just as wonderful as this one. Thank you again for making our visit so memorable!

Moved us out of the room when we noticed a damp problem/condensation seemed to have seeped up the walls. In the second room there were no issues. Staff were very attentive especially front of house. First visit to India and we moved from our original booking hotel to stay here and so glad we did so. Mini bar was free of charge! They also gave complimentary fruit. Which we didn’t get when we were in Istanbul which was the first leg of our journey.

Buffet breakfast had good spread. Clean large room, comfortable bed. The pool was good. Location close to airport and Phoenix mall in Kurla for last minute shopping

A le cart meals at the hotel from the restaurant or room service were very average. No alcohol on site- need to bring your own or go the hotel next door. My family member was asked to pay for room service rather than being charged to the room (hotel apologised for this later)

The long story short: coming to Mumbai for a 1 day visit and a wedding we booked a hotel in the West Bandra area. Hotel rooms were terrible there (no window, bad smell, noisy, etc.) we didn't sleep at all and were sick-dizzy because of the naphtalin smell. We moved to Radison and for only 1000 inr difference were able to be in a tier 1 hotel. Our stay has been too short there to enjoy but it was just: clean, comfy, quiet and after a sleepless night and a wedding party it was perfect

our stay was too short to tell more. breakfast was not exceptional, I've had better in Novotel Chamiers Chennai or Taj Deccan Hyderabad (same range).

The room was well-maintained and tidy, however, the pillows appeared to be soiled and emitted an unpleasant odor, possibly due to bad saliva.

The restaurant's pricing structure is unclear and deceptive. They failed to inform me that the price was per person, leading to confusion and a sense of being cheated. It would have been more transparent and fair if they had stated the total cost per room, considering that I was accompanied by my wife as a room members.

Very comfortable low beds, good sleep, clean sheets, clean room, big portions in in-room dining, very hospitable staff, cheap buffet, didn't get the traffic noise on the sixth floor as some others did.

couldn't extend my stay, booking.com was cheaper than the hotel, prices higher than normal ( for a little more you could stay at Taj/Leela/ Marriot) , noise from some nearby event/ procession, traffic prone area ( pick your local travel timing properly), housekeeping expected a tip, asked me if room was okay ( had no cash on me!)

The quality of the bathroom was very good, the generously sized rooms (we booked the suite) and the breakfast buffet had a good range of variety, although not the largest that we experienced during our Mumbai stay.

The location was a little tucked away, although for an early trip to Mumbai airport, it was less than 20 mins (as less traffic) and that part was favourable.

Excellent location to excellent breakfast and also the room dining food options. The checkin was very late but thanks to Meghna who made it so easy. This girl along with Yashashri in breakfast restaurant needs special appreciation. Good employees make good hotel and customer delight

They dont serve alcohol. Owner's choice. But its fine. However, you are allowed to take it inside and have inside your room. So its fine.

Very nice hotel with modern and nice size rooms and modern bathrooms, very comfy bed and pillows, Although outside the traffic noise is huge, inside the room it is quiet and relaxing. Next door on the right hand side there is pretty good restaurant and quite decent prices. Otherwise there is nothing too much around there and you need to use taxi in the crazy traffic if you wish to visit some places.

Except the quite high prices, there is nothing to mention as negative experience.
