We arrived earlier than the check-in hour and were let to enter into the rooms. Liked the room cleaning services, free parking available, it was near to the beach and not far from main tourist destinations which is convinient if with a car. The staff was polite. The pool zone is very nice.

The arrea outside the hotel teritory is quite disappointing and not pleasant for walks. At the nights it was quite noisy from the restaurant and also the walls of the rooms are very thin and tou can hear the guest from the other rooms. The hair dryer in one of the room was not working well. The breakfast was not bad but the staff was not trying to refill the food for the guests. The coffee included in breakfast was soluble.

The rooms and facilities were great. The breakfast was fabulous. The pool is beautiful. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t fault the premises it was like a little oasis and well maintained. We stayed 6 nights and the day we left we had to leave at 3.am, we were greeted with coffee and pastries, so extremely thoughtful.

The room air conditioners did not work even though it states they are functioning until September. We had 3 rooms and we all struggled with being hot trying to sleep. Whilst the pool is beautiful, after long day trips we’d arrive back at 6pm and it was closed. Coming from Australia we don’t understand why we couldn’t use it to swim, sit around and drink as it’s light until 9.30pm. Unfortunately for the hotel the roads in are littered with loads of rubbish and garbage- I hope for everyone’s sake that can be rectified soon.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The location is perfect, as it's right next to the beach, allowing easy access to the beautiful coastline. The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the swimming pool area. There’s a large pool for adults and a separate pool for kids, which is perfect for families. Both pools were clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. There's even a tennis court available to guests for free. The on-site restaurant was also impressive. The food was tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, this hotel offers excellent amenities and a prime location at a great price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Location is nice, great pool, nice bar and breakfast. has a pretty garden with views of the Etna and comfortable rooms. Just cross the street and you are at the beach.

THEY SCAMMED ME THROUGH THE CHAT OF THIS HOTEL ON THE BOOKING.COM PLATFORM. They profile of the hotel asks you to upload your passport and pay for the room, and then you find out they actually steal your money and once you arrive at the property for your holiday they make you pay again. Booking.com itself did not provide much assistence to resolve this. It happend in July and now its almost october and still i did not get a refund of the money that has been stolen from me through the Booking.com platform with the profile of this hotel.

Decent breakfast, room was large and had a nice balcony which enabled us to see the fireworks in the New Year's Eve. The heating of the room was functional which is really a plus on the island. The water on the shower was very good. Parking that can accommodate plenty of cars. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived 2 hours before midnight on 31 of Dec. The lady at the desk read my mind and before even saying something she assumed we are hungry from the road so she quickly call her colleagues from the restaurant to ask if they can provide something to us outside of the fixed menu which the restaurant was giving to its guests. The restaurant received us and the food was served super quickly and was excellent. We really appreciate their efforts.

The area is quite unpleasant but that's really not hotel's fault. The cleaning was not the best, but not bad either. We were hoping that a 4 stars hotel would wait its guests with at least a bottle of water if not a treat and would provide at least slippers. That was not the case.

Superb pool with plenty of sun loungers. Quite large room with a balcony with views of the garden and Etna. Secure parking. Well placed for trips to Taormina and the Gole dell'Alcantara. Very nice Lido on the beach adjacent to the hotel which did good lunches and ice cream.

The air-conditioning in our room never worked properly. We were at one end of a corridor and I don't think the coolant liquid quite reached our room (number 142). Not the fault of the Hotel (which was immaculate) but the surrounding area and roads have a lot of rubbish about, and some roads were in a very bad state of repair. So the Hotel and Lido were an oasis of quality in an otherwise somewhat depressing area.

We loved the amazing pool which was kept really clean, and the views of Mount Etna. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas and the food was gorgeous!The hotel gardens were really pretty too. We also liked the bar, the restaurant and the friendly, helpful staff! They were so kind. The hotel has a beach lido where you can get a great selection of food and drink during the day. Our room was cleaned daily and was very spacious for a family of four. WiFi was strong and the kids appreciated being able to log onto Netflix. Breakfast was included - there was a nice selection to choose from, and a cheeky espresso if you asked the staff nicely rather than coffee from the machine. There were restaurants within walking distance in Riposto and Fondacello.

The local area was full of rubbish and litter, loads of torn bags of refuse were just dumped by the road. Such a shame. The bed covers were a bit old and tatty and the children found their mattresses springy.

The room was nice and clean. We had a very good view to Etna from the hotel. The beach bar was good price and there were very friendly staff. The beach is clean and beautiful. There were water activities in the pool.

We had to pay for sunbeds on the private beach. When we checked out, we wanted to stay next to the pool until our flight, but they said we could only stay if we pay around 18 euros. Normally these services are available on the day of checkout. The neighbourhood around the hotel is awfully dirty and full of trash. The railway station is very far away and theres no public transport available in a walking distance. Also not a lot of shops nearby.

The room are confortable, the location is perfect close to beach, and great view. If you wake up early you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the beach and a relax walk. There many restaurants around the area. The staff at breakfast restaurant was attentive and friendly, they have everything clean and in order.

The beach is rocky you need aqua shoes to enjoy some part of the beach. Minimum parking but accessible.

Very nice staff, very attentive. Food was great, we had breakfast and dinner deal. Sitting outside drinking delicious cocktails under Mount Etna is pretty special. Saturday night dancing for the locals was great entertainment. A very enjoyable 4 night stay.

Location. It’s like this lovely hotel was dropped in the middle of a run down, neglected area. It feels remote when you venture out (we went in May). Beach wasn’t ready for the summer.
