WE LOVED EVERYTHING

Well the fact that we was in room 220 and the AC went out Friday it was leaking water went down stairs to Tell them they said the guy comes between eight and one on Saturday about 10:00 when no one showed up I went back downstairs a lady that was off that day was there and she said that the guy will not be in until Monday I said we can try to move into another room but we're fully booked so we just waited it out and then Sunday I'll check out I told the girl you know is there a way to get at least some of the money back on my card or I'm knock off for a stay etc she said she will write it down and tell the manager on Monday so if this problem can be fixed that be nice because it was a BEAUTIFUL PLACE

Pet friendly(except the high $35 a night pee fee)

The fact the hotel called me right when I’ve arrived to Florida to tell me my reservation had been cancelled due to Booking.com just letting people make reservations and it’s no rooms available. So I drove around aimlessly looking for a hotel until I finally called back and told the night time clerk my issue and he made sure I had a room available. I was so happy and relieved so I really can’t understand why they canceled it in the first place. I can’t remember names, but that clerk on Friday night night shift around 9:30p need a Kuddos and praise.

Everything at this location was on queue. From the exceptional service at the front desk during the night shift, that was as my encounter four times. To the property itself, security and cleanliness of the grounds.

Not enough pots and pans to be able to cook appropriately. Also the floor needed a good mopping.

Location is perfect. Close to everything. Staff and room was good, but I do prefer 1st floor as a senior, but it's more $.

I'm old school. I'm used to all amenties included for this type of room for the price. All that was given was microwave, stove and towels for 2 days. (My stay was 10) I had to purchase everything else for myself, or you have to purchase from frontdesk.

Staff was friendly. Accommodations were affordable. The gym was clean and everything worked. There is a grocery store right next door and a few restaurants.

The smells in the hallways were somewhat unpleasant at times. Strong food odors. Free WiFi only allows one device and they don’t tell you that upfront.

It’s located near a supermarket and other stores, is a good option for visitors of Championsgate

No shampoo and conditioner available, and two little soap for the family. Also it’s expensive considering doesn’t have breakfast and amenities

The mini kitchen, beds were comfortable. Was clean.

Weird smell in elevator, and the hallways. No ice trays for freezer in my room, but no where else to get any ice at the hotel. But good the outweighed the bad.

We enjoyed our brief stay as we were travelling back home from st augustine. It met our needs for a one night visit. Very clean and comfortable.

Coffee and tea in the room for mornings.

Location was good for us as we were here to handle an estate. We could take one road up and back.

Dogs barking all day on our floor.

Room was nice & smelled really good

They charged me more than my booking claiming booking never sent them my updated card number although I had an email showing the card was updated and they were notified. They still say they didn't get it & room would be more. This isn't right & they still should've honored the booking price
