Good location,not too far to walk down to beach.Large Supermarket directly opposite.No parking for the hotel,but I parked overnight in the supermarket car park,no problem!

Everything was perfect for us , excellent value for money and spotlessly clean . Great breakfast and location, late check in because our flight was late and the man on reception was lovely, offered us a drink or coffee even though it was 1am , gave us water to take up to the the room . I couldn’t fault the place at all .

I would imagine if you were pool fans the pool area might be a little small, but didnt affect us as we are not pool goers, we are beach fans ..

very nicely located, mini market and the beach nearby, superb breakfast with various choices, big and comfy bed, clean pool, okay shower, reasonably priced compared to other hotels during high season

nothing much really, if i have to say maybe the bathroom quite small, also my room 111 is kind of facing the street, so noises can be heard from the street if sleeping with balcony door open, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper who also like to sleep with fresh air instead of AC air

Very good location, free parking is available close to the hotel. We had a problem with the hair dryer, but it was resolved very quickly! Overall great experience!

Although the breakfast has a pretty wide choice, I think the quality of the food could be better. Also the bread was not fresh for 2 days, it was probably leftovers from yesterday and it was dry and hard. But again, at least there are a lot of options, gluten free goods as well.

Breakfast was great, with variety of diffrent options to choose from, and with plenty of food. Cleaning was everyday including weekends. Staff was polite and good. Location wise, Santa Ponsa is near Palma, bus station is 3 minute walk from hotel with a line that goes directly to airport and line that goes directly to Palma. Pool was great too, with sunbeds and sunshades. Bar was also nice. Beds were comfortable.

We were happy with the breakfast buffet, even for a weeklong stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let us have a late check out as the weather on our last day was rainy and there wasn't a huge crowd booked in. The "Superior Double Room" (an upgraded room we got through booking.com) was sparsely furnished (as reviewed by others) but the fridge did stay on when the key was removed (which I think others rated negatively). We didn't need A/C so can't comment on that, but the shower had outstanding water pressure (despite being small in footprint and always leaking onto the floor). Housekeeping was good. The balcony was very small in this upgraded room (we had the shallowest balcony of all the rooms, being on the main street side) and the windows out of the rooms are quite small, overall, but the view was nice enough. The gym was a disappointment, so we didn't use it. The location was fine for us (an easy walk to everything in town). The pool was small but adequate for us, and we went swimming once. We loved renting bikes in town and using the outstanding bike trails this island has to offer.

Balcony too small to use Gym equipment is outdated and/or not working (no belt on the treadmill, eg) Room furnishings are very sparse (only one bedside table, one desk chair but no other seats in the room)

Staff were lovely and our room was very clean. Excellent selection for breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Comfortable beds.

The only minor issues we felt were, no kettle in the room, although could get a coffee or tea at breakfast, couldn’t make one in the room. Wires were hanging down from behind TV, looked messy. In general the room could have done with a little maintenance.

Breakfast had a good choice and was available until12 each day so no rushing out of bed to make breakfast. Location in quiet part of town but still very central to everything only 5 minute walk to everything.

Room we had was a little small just basic hotel room but more than suitable for a short break but not adequate for main summer hols as rooms would be claustrophobic if there for longer.

Was really close to the beach, there was a supermarket and the pool was nice. Breakfast had a lot from to choose.

Only one kind of cheese but 6 different kinds of meat. A bit annoying for a vegetarian. Over all was the room a bit small and the Wi-Fi a big slow. Nothing too bad if you plan to chill at the pool or the beach anyways. But I just think the price is a tiny bit too high for what it is.
