The staffs are very friendly, location good, nice old building

The breakfast is very simple, more like afternoon snack than breakfast. There is no windows in room, therefore the air is very horrible. The hotel should mentioned it, even with a little bit higher price I bet a lot of people will prefer choose the room with windows.

location was close to Zocallo, however there were many parkings off the street and only a few stores worth interest in the street. Further a small grocery style EXXO would have added to the stay.

An old house well maintained but an elevator would heve been welcome. There was no bottled water in the room!, which is unusual in Mexico! The included breakfast was too light!

Beautiful old building in the old city centre with a lot of good vibes. Room and reception ok.

Sound insulation is very poor, both from street noise and from inside the building. Complimentary breakfast is very limited, ‚real‘ breakfast at extra charge. Valet parking obligatory so don’t forget anything in the car, there won’t be access to it during your stay.

The people are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean. Plus, it gives an authentic feel to the Historic region of Puebla. The Zacolo is 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The only thing I did not like is that there was no A/C in the rooms

The building was very old-style Spanish with lots of character. The roof-top terrace was a good place for breakfast or for privacy to make a phone call. The front desk staff were helpful and spoke some English and they gave me good opportunity to attempt to speak Spanish.

really nice surprise! starting with the staff, who helped us a lot with advice how to park, and early check-in. the room was clean, hot water, good wi-fi. there is a nice terrace where you could drink your own beer or wine. I do recommend lunch on Attico 303 nearby restaurant with amazing view (a little pricey). If you have time, be sure not to miss Africam Safari outside Puebla.

Comfortable mattress and bedding. Nice cosy lighting. Had a lovely view from our juliette balcony.

Floor needed a serious mop, we actually had black feet from just walking on it. Breakfast was terrible and not worth advertising because you will need to buy your own breakfast straight after, not worth getting up for to be honest! It was my girlfriends birthday whilst staying here and we specifically booked this place as a treat but they didn't even have any beers available in the upstairs bar! Got woken up on the second night with staff banging around and talking loudly on the phone at 3am!

Well located hotel in Puebla. With an old architectural flare it makes your stay in interesting experience.

There are no elevators so we needed help from the staff to get our luggage to the room

That I found like 6-10 cockroaches on the bathroom and the included breakfast was at the 4th floor and I traveled with elderly people and they couldn’t go upstairs because they don’t have elevator.

nice rooms on the ground floor with ceiling fans and hot water. excellent location. very friendly and helpful staff.

stuffy, hot rooms on the 2nd floor without A/C and without a ceiling fan. they moved us to the ground floor after I complained.
