We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, on budget, with a free breakfast. It's not a luxury hotel, so you get what you pay for. I did NOT read the fine print until later, so I didn't realize they had a free shuttle service to and from the airport - that was a huge relief. When our shuttle driver picked us up, she told us that they offer a free shuttle service anywhere within a 5-mile radius of the hotel, and encouraged us to use it. That was a game-changer! Not only did we save money by not using any rideshare services, but it also allowed us to do things we might not have otherwise done, like explore historic downtown Grapevine. We even used it to go to the Grapevine Mills Mall, which we normally would have walked to, because it was 100 degrees outside. The customer service experience was excellent. We spoke most often with Elliott, who was exceptional, but truly everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful.

Honestly, I have no complaints about this experience. We weren't expecting a 5-star luxury resort - that's not the type of hotel we were looking for. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, and the service was fantastic.

The hotel is well located, close to restaurants and a great shopping center just a few blocks away. The rooms are clean and the showers are spotless. There is a convenient free shuttle to and from DFW airport, and the front desk staff was very friendly.

The dining room was quite crowded at breakfast time and also a bit dirty, maybe because is a small area. The staff there were also a bit rude at times. This is an important point to be taken care of.

Breakfast was very good. There were a range of both cold and hot foods, and they were tasty. The suite was well appointed and comfortable; the bed and pillows were great. Lighting was good in both rooms and the bathroom. There were several fast food and chain restaurants within walking distance.

I would have liked more yogurt choices — larger containers and more flavors of yogurt that were NOT artificially sweetened. A few more outlets for charging electronics, especially near the bed, would have been helpful.

I loved the friendliness of every staff, whether it was the morning or evening staff. They were polite professional and Awesome! Even during breakfast, any empty plate, We were asked if they could take it away for us. Never experienced that at a continental breakfast.

The pool was not clean. Looked muggy! It was my wife's and I Anniversary and we wanted to spend some time in the pool.

The staff was dealing with a major systems failure that had effected the entire country. They were so kind, patient, accommodating because check-in was very difficult due to no systems. Breakfast was delicious. Location was a plus! It was very quiet and clean.

The pool was very heavily chlorinated which made it hard to stay long for swimming

With one exception, the staff was terrific, the shuttle service was nice, the location terrific, and the rooms clean and roomy.

There was a worker who was terrible at customer service. He didn't offer solutions, was dismissive about our AC going out (didn't even try to help), and just abandoned us when he said he would help. Luckily Zach took over and solved the issue in literally two minutes by moving us to a new room.

Breakfast was good, just a little crowded seeing that the hotel was quite fully booked. The room was very nice and clean and the location was superb.

As said, it was a bit crowded with breakfast but that is a "good" problem as far as the hotel is concerned seeing that there was a lot of people wanting breakfast.

Our room was clean and pleasant. It was a suite so it had a living room with a sofa and 2 sinks, one was for the "bar". The second sink was also outside the shower/toilet area. This made it very easy to get ready. The staff was very helpful and recommended two restaurants that were excellent.

Breakfast included between 6am-9am however I did not have the opportunity to try it. Room/corridor/elevator and lobby were all very clean. Staff were extremely helpful as well as friendly. Beds were comfortable as well. I stayed in the two double bed suites and they were extremely comfortable. Having a 24 hour minibus to transport you directly to the airport was also very convenient.

Everything was perfect. Extremely convenient . Shuttle service is perfect . Location is great . Breakfast and internet great. Would go there again for sure . Walking distance from the mall.
