The location was fabulous, literally a two minute walk to the south pier. James met us when we arrived and gave us the keys, he shown us around the apartment (which was so much better than we expected), set up our WiFi and shown us where the lock box was to store the key. He answered any questions we had and he helped us with an issue we had connecting the WiFi. It was a very nice apartment, clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The only small issue we had was that there was no blind/curtain on the bathroom window which did make me a bit uncomfortable in the evening. Even though there is the frosted glass which is great for the day time but not so great at the night. The window isn’t facing a main road but there are other houses/apartment windows over looking. Everything else was great!

an electric vehicle charger would be a great addition to the property even if there was an additional charge as all nearby wouldn't work due to connection or being broke- this in no way affected our opinion on staying here as it is a fab place!

location was great. flat was spotless and was surprise to find big screen tv / tv in kids room also little extras like tea/coffe/sugar/washing up liquid/t towels also supply of towels /iron/hairdryer which were an unexpected surprise. I had taken my own but good to know I won’t need to take them with me next time. I would Definetly recommend using these apartments home from home . grandkids loved it and want to come back.

Apartment was perfect for us. Well equipped and comfortable., everything we needed. Shower worked perfectly as did all the kitchen equipment, nice TV, both in lounge and bedroom. James met us when we got there and sorted out a parking permit for us. We had no issues parking in the next road on the road which is included in the parking permit and then managed to get a space inn Withnell Road for the rest of the week. We did not need to bother James with any issues, but really good to know that he was on hand in the building if we had any major issues. Had a really busy week in Blackpool seeing lots of shows and the lights and all easily accessible from the apartment, around 45 minute walk to tower, or 15 minutes on the tram, stops at either pleasure beach or south pier which is a few minutes walk. Bus to Lytham or St Annes, a few minutes walk away.

Bathroom was quite small , but not an issue for us. We were concerned about parking before we arrived, in case we did not find a space in the road and the two parking spaces behind the building were not available for the whole of the week. Rupert had put us on the list for the parking permit and responded quickly to my email query over parking. James provided us a permit for the week when we got there , so it was not an issue. It is a busy area for parking, as it is close to the seafront and there are wardens patrolling the area. Paid parking is available nearby if needed.

Looks exactly like the photos shown. Very spacious and clean. Had all the appliances we needed in the kitchen. The beds were quite comfy and the sofas were quite big and comfy.

The house warden wasn’t that welcoming coming into the apartment and was a bit rude. Also be aware of paying for it as before you even get there you need to pay £100 deposit and it doesn’t say on here that you have to pay a deposit. Only then you have to wait a few days after you leave the apartment before you get your deposit back

The apartment is situated in South Shore near the pleasure beach. It was ideal for us, as we were attending a charity event at The Waterloo music bar which was an easy walk away. There was parking to the rear , which we booked in advance as I believe street parking is resident permit holders only. The apartment had a huge smart tv with all the usual apps, Disney+, Netflix and Prime etc. (ideal if you have accounts with any of these) There is also a decent smart tv in the bedroom , which was a bonus. Bed is comfortable , but a little soft for my liking. The maintenance guy, lives on site and is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is safe and secure and is in the quieter end of town.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was a perfect location, spar 2 minutes away, family friendly pub down the road, arcades and shops very local. The apartment itself was beautiful, upon arrival my partner was shown to the room and shown where everything is. We had a 19 month old and it was so roomy he loved it. We were supplied with a crib and a highchair which was amazing as we rarely get this anywhere else. The kitchen was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we all slept well, the bathroom is in the bedroom but as we were a family it didn't bother us, and after being out in the cold (thank you December weather) the shower was just what we needed. Recommended to family and friends already, and will certainly be using it again next year.

We booked the 1st floor, completely forgetting we had a pushchair to take upstairs too lol, will certainly will be trying for the ground floor next time, but this was entirely our own fault, as for the apartment itself, no complaints.

Spacious, comfortable, the biggest TV I have ever seen, slept very well, pretty quiet, close to any amenities/weatherspoons/fish & chip shops/amusements etc. James was very helpful and informative. Top tip is to book your parking as soon as you have booked. I didn't read my email properly and then panicked the day before arrival because I needed parking due to my disability needing my vehicle close. Would definitely book again when we visit Blackpool in the future. Thank you so much Pleasure for a great stay x

Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

Lovely place to stay nicely decorated, not much to really complain about it was clean, quiet (great for kids/babies) had a very spacious living room, the hotel caretaker was a lovely chap and very helpful, amazing tv, Wi-Fi was great.

there are some dips in the floorboards to be careful about some creaking and the cooking utensils are plastic (spatulas etc) so wouldn't do much cooking with them but other than that very cosy

Lovely and spacious bedroom , kitchen was nice and clean ,liked how there was a table and chairs in the living room nice wee ornaments about the rooms to make it feel homely , plenty of hot water , we just left the sofa bed down as there was enough room in the living area . Having a parking space was great as you can’t park anywhere in most of the streets, without a permit

Bathroom was far too small, there was hardly any room to get a wash at the sink , goodness knows how a large person would manage . Couldn’t see out the windows properly as they were filthy .
