Staff was really helpful. Despite the fact that the person at the reception did not speak English, he was always kind to help and prepared with papers printed in English. Room was big enough and daily towel change was provided (even if daily room cleaning was not included). Dehumidifier was present and efficiently active in the room, which was definitetly needed in such a warm and humid environment. Location is a 10 minutes walk to the port.

Light was coming through the window from a common balcony, which was not possible to manually turn off at night. Curtains were not long enough to block light (artificial or natural). Water temperature in the shower was really instable, sometimes very hot and sometimes very cold, changing all the time.

A great central location especially if you're doing excursions since it's so close to the bus and boat terminals. The staff and manager were so great, friendly, thoughtful and helpful in suggesting things to see and eat. We really appreciated the bikes they had to rent since it made for exploring the downtown and surrounding areas easier. The rooms are basic but all the necessary amenities are there and the roof top was a fun place to see the city and hang out. There's a great view of the bridge at night!

Excellent location, 5-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. It was always really clean and the staff were lovely.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room and a window.

Location is convenient for the harbor, walking distance from the main streets of Ishigaki town.

Everything is fine until you make changes or cancellation in the reservation. The hotel is charging your card directly not via bookingcom and its quite a hassle to get back your money. You get charged at reservation and if you modify the booking for the difference you need to fight quite a bit. The hotel name and the merchant name are quite confusing (tuka mikka =10ka3ka), thus bookingcom cant even identify the payments. The parking system is pretty silly as well, you get a receipt, pay 1000 at the neighbor parking lady, then bring back to the reception another paper who refunds you 500. And it AC temperature in the hotel is crazy.cold.
