Nicest staff and clean beyond clean and quiet! This place has everything free coffee in room and in front office, newspapers available as well as fridge/freezer andlots of towels and amenities, microwave in room large bathroom, lots of mirrors too. Parking in front of rooms ac and fans. Most comfy bed ever! Also great outdoor atmosphere outside even a chair by each room as well as many flowers and landscaping was beautful very close to the main drag of town. Highly recommend!!!

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient, as we prefer. Overall, a top notch place to stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if ever in the area again.

The shower head was a little low. I had to keep ducking down to wash the top half of my body. It was not a problem for me, but I have Family members that are 6'4" and this would be a little inconvenient. They were not with me so no harm, but thought i'd mention it.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were offered the chance to upgrade to a larger room for a reduced price, which we took. As a result, we were upgraded to an even larger room, which was lovely and quiet. The whole complex was lovely. We were an easy drive down to the locks. We booked here as we wanted to visit Niagara bit didn't want to stay in Niagara itself. It was an easy drive of ~35 minutes over to the falls themselves. Very nice pool area.

This is a basic old fashioned motel where you park in front of your door. I love that more than anything! They provide coffee. No breakfast. The place is very beautiful, charming and clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. There was a lovely, clean swimming pool but it was not warm enough weather to tempt me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. We were visiting the Niagara Falls area and preferred this quiet small town of Lockport to staying in the Buffalo area. It was an easy 40 minute drive to the falls area. There are lots of restaurants to choose from (definitely try Kalamata just down the street). I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone traveling in the area.

This is an older facility so there is a certain level of mustiness about the rooms that no amount of cleaning and perfuming can eradicate. I knew I was booking in an old establishment so was aware of that likelihood going in. No complaints.

The staff was very friendly. My husband is a smoker and he could sit right outside our door in a chair with a table and smoke. It was quiet. The room we had was huge with a jacuzzi tub and it was very clean. The room was well lit with plenty of outlets. There were plenty of towels and pillows. There was a great counter and sink outside the bathroom.with a fridge and coffee maker. Real glasses for water and wine and a DVD plater. There was even an electric fireplace! They brought new towels in every day and made the bed. I don't know what the smaller rooms were like but the jacuzzi room with the king sized bed was awesome.

This is not a Hampton inn type hotel. It is a family owned older motel. I knew that so i was not expecting modern and pristine. There were a few stains on the carpet and the bed was comfortable but not a pillow top newer type mattress. The air conditioner worked very well but was up high and i had to stand on the couch to adjust it. A remote control AC would have been easier. I feel like i really can't even complain because we were very comfortable and at home there for our 3 night stay.

Very conveniently located, if you want to go to Niagara Falls and avoid the hussle and bussle (and prices) of the town itself. Staff was friendly. A good few shops and gas stations close by. Shower could be removed from wall! Good-sized room and good value for money..

Carpeted floor that probably wasn't cleaned properly underneath the beds. Waste bins a bit small. The ravages of time have obviously taken their toll on the entire complex - but it also had its very own charms.

One of the best stays I have had in a very long time. Everyone who works there really cares about this place. It is family owned by great local people who know how to take care of the people and the property. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Very warm very quiet and extremely nice people. They even wiped all the snow off my car!!!! I love this place!!!

A charming, old-fashioned motor inn. We booked two double rooms, but misunderstood what we were getting. We actually needed two rooms and four beds, for my spouse and myself and our two teenagers. They put us in a suite that was perfect for our family--two rooms with a short adjoining corridor. The primary room was very spacious, with a seating area, electric fireplace, and a spa in the corner (no screen or anything--maybe a honeymoon feature? A little unlikely for our use!). The front office staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers in bloom around the buildings and pool. There was so much thought and care evident throughout the property.

The parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate! And the whole vibe was pretty old-fashioned, though in a mostly nice way.

This is a hidden gem in Lockport. Stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. Brought back pleasant memories of what staying overnight in motel accommodations were like prior to big name hotel chains taking control of the travel industry. Great value, spotless room, coffee pot, small fridge, local newspaper and a fireplace in our room. Mature staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They really cared that your stay was a nice one. Coffee is also available in the lobby. Only thing missing was some type of continental breakfast that many of the chain hotels provide. But there is a Subway across the street and other places to eat within a sort drive or walk!

Very clean, plenty of towels, maid service promptly done, glassware (cups, water glasses, and wine glasses, microwave, coffee pot, TV, WiFi, DVD player, and mini refrigerator. Multiples lighting options, heated bathroom unit, phones - 3 (night table, desk, and bathroom). personal hygiene products replace daily with coffee, creamers, sugar, and daily local newspaper.

Not enough hangers. The hangers were not detachable, and items needed to be hung directly onto the rack where the hanger was affixed. I bought a bottle and can opener with a cork screw (left it at the hotel) for the next persons.
