The host we saw the most of was Mohammed. He met us from the taxi as it was late at night when we arrived and would have struggled to find the Riad. He was friendly and welcoming and spoke excellent English and after a quick tour served us some mint tea on the roof terrace. The room was a little on the small side but very well presented and for the small amount of time spent in it it worked for us. The Riad was extremely quiet and peaceful which is exactly what you need after the manic craziness of Marrakesh itself. Breakfast was ok the freshly squeezed juice and coffee were lovely the traditional breads and cake was just not for us but that's a personal choice not being a massive bread eater. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it. The roof terrace area is a lovely spot to unwind both in the day and at night. If booking any trips you may be asked to go to a meeting point the other side of the medina just let Mohammed know and a quick phone call will have them picking you up at Bab Doukala Gate which is the closest point a vehicle can get to the Riad. We left a bag of things we had brought whilst out in our desert trip again Mohammed to the rescue it was returned to us in 30 minutes. All in all we had a fabulous stay and its position is excellent for both the old and new town.

The only thing is the size of the room. I was travelling with my son so at times it was a little tight for us.

The staff at the Riad were absolutely lovely and could not do enough for you. Very polite and courteous. Rooftop was exceptional and the room was tidy, well presented and cleaned daily. Breakfast was lovely. Pastries, fresh orange juice and green tea were served. Made to feel very welcome getting served green tea on arrival with the manager talking to us about the do's and don'ts when in Marrakech. I would highly recommend this place! Very impressed.

The most friendly and helpful staff . Mohammed is so friendly and always smiling. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ok but would have liked more fruit and authentic Moroccan cheese and hot coffee. Small matters didn't really affect our stay . The location was in the walled Medina, with all its sights and sounds. So vibrant and authentic. Lovely peaceful roof terrace . Loved our stay

Riad is very well located. Loved that we were living amongst the locals and that there weren’t too much other tourists. Riad was also very clean. Rooms were good size and there was plenty of closet space to store your luggage etc. The rooms were cleaned daily witch was a big plus since we were staying a week there. Me and my whole family absolutely loved the host Abdel. For example he gave brilliant tips, helped whenever needed and prepared us an (very) early breakfast. He also made great coffee when asked. To us Finns this is a very big plus! Abdel was very pleasant and he made us feel like home. Can’t praise him and the other staff enough!

Shower needs fixing since it wast working propely.

This riad is great - very comfortable and clean, and a very traditional vibe. Everything decorated beautifully. There is a lovely breakfast in the mornings and a great roof terrace for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. Very nice staff - especially Hamou who was so kind and friendly, and spent time with me and my partner on the rooftop when we came back in the evenings, just chatting and playing draughts, he made us feel so at home and welcome! Riad is a walkable distance from everything, about 15 or 20 mins from the medina and other sights. Very quiet and peaceful at night and provides a great sanctuary from the chaos outside. Would recommend!

Everything was great!

It was an amazing experience at Zebrakaro. Great location where you come from a super busy local market street into this small Riad where it is very peaceful and quiet. Employees are very friendly and the receptionist spoke good English and gave us some tips for our stay in Morocco in general. Breakfast also good and served quickly. The facilities are well kept and you can see that it gets constant maintenance it needs. If you're looking for a quiet place with a little number of rooms and good privacy, this is it.

We had rented a car and in the description it was written that there is free parking. The parking is from the city of Marrakech though, not very far from the Riad but it has to be paid separately to some men working on the street there. Maybe the riad could inform the guests prior how much they should pay so they don't get cheated by locals.

What a beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh every morning with plenty of drinks. The raid is literally just of the busy market passageways. But as soon as your in the raid. It was totally silence. Even on the roof terrace.. I would highly recommend this place for a lovely time. The staff was also very friendly and nothing was a problem and speak excellent English too.. don't pass this one by.

There was nothing to dislike. Maybe a kettle in the rooms would been great. But if you ask one of the staff. They will happily make you a lovely fresh coffee or tea.

We stayed for a week. There is a daily variety in the breakfast. The riad’s location is very central, it is really clean and has a ‘minimal style luxury’ atmosphere. The riad feels like a home in Marrakech and the super friendly staff make you feel ‘at home’. The rooms are comfortable and there’s a rainshower. No better way to end a day in the medina lounging on the spacious rooftop here.

The host was amazing. He looked after us so well, he met us from where our taxi dropped us off and then helped us with our day trip transfers. He waited with us to ensure we got the correct transfer, talking to the drivers and helping make our stay smoother.

Location was a little hard to find but the host made it very easy by showing us where to go

The gentleman (can't remember his name) that works there is incredibly polite, very kind and helpful. He gave us suggestions and advice. He is a must. The property is quiet, spacious, clean and the location is a bonus, close to everything from walk.

The ziad is a little bit hidden what makes you walk around a little bit when you are using Google maps
