We really enjoyed our stay here. The hostess, Alina was extremely obliging & helpful. The apartment is large & delightful. Internet was excellent. There is no lift & we were on 2nd floor but we appreciated the exercise. The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable and everything was excellent. There was no microwave but the oven worked very efficiently.

A microwave would have been more convenient but that's probably just because we're used to one but the oven was excellent. A lift would have been an advantage. We are travelling for 5 weeks, so have a couple of heavy cases which weren't easy to take up the stairs, especially as I am a 'senior' citizen.

The apartment felt like we were living in Salzburg, and not just staying at a hotel. The apartment was large and very nice for the two of us. The kitchen and appliances all seemed to be new. The location was fantastic, right across the river from old town, with many great restaurants just steps from the front door. The room was quiet except for the church bell down the street, which I enjoyed, but not so much for my wife. However, the bell never rang a night. But with the windows closed, I did not hear anything from outside. The lady that runs the place was very nice.

Everything was pristine and super clean. They got all we might need at a stay and it made our visit to Salzburg way more relaxing. The location is nice too, close to places to eat, drink, and shop. They also provided us with city guide pamflet and recommendations for places to eat and see. Super nice host!

The combo wash+dry machine is quite unexpected, we were happy to have it, however the drying mode isn't the best. Luckily they provided drying racks so that's actually a plus.

Very clean and friendly staff/owners. We stayed in the loft at the top floor, which was very cute and clean with a kitchen-great for food preparation and a refrigerator, making it easy to have drinks and food accessible. The hand soap and body wash smelled wonderful. I would love to buy some for home.

I didn't like the stairs. It was hard getting up and down but well worth the walking for the wonderful accommodation.

Fantastic, cosy, warm attic house. It's spacious, and we had a great time staying at arte de vida with our friends. So close to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay at Salzburg. I had a small cut and the host was really sweet to help with the first aid kit and Wine bottle and chocolates to cheer me up. That was a very warm and sweet gesture.

Nothing not to like , unfortunately the weather was way too hot and the cooler wasn't as effective with keeping the place cool. But then the host had kept 2 to 3 fans, so it was okay.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the city. All the main attractions, shops, restaurants are accessible in a short walk. The view from the skylights is really beautiful. The apartment is a good size and having the kitchen to store drinks, snacks and cook, if desired, was nice. Check-in after hours was easy and Alina was attentive and friendly.

Overall the apartment was great, however it would have been nice to have another couch or comfortable chairs rather than the very large dining table. With the kids sleeping in the living room area (the couches double as beds for them) there was only the table to sit at for the adults with uncomfortable wooden chairs. Perhaps a smaller dining table to make room for more seating. Also, the shower is pretty tiny.

A lot of space, great views from the window and an amazing central location. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful going out of their way to give me information I needed for my stay. Nothing was too hard. Gorgeous surroundings and located close to many restaurants and the Mirabell palace.

Bed was a bit low for someone tall and shower just a little small for me but of course I managed ok. Climbing the stairs with suitcases was a challenge as I just had my hip replaced 6 months earlier. But overall I can't really fault these.

The location is perfect for a short sightseeing break, easy to get to from the station and just a short walk to the sights and restaurants. The garden is a lovely peaceful oasis in the city and the host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble

We would have liked bigger towels, but to be fair we didn’t get them anywhere in Austria and would have liked a comfortable chair in the bedroom

Location of this apartment is super. 2 min. walk from the bus stop. And Salzburg old town is just cross the bridge. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. From the winder you can see Mozart's residence. The apartment is very clean. Spacious room with all thing you need including washing machine! We stayed 2 nights, we wish we could stay longer. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The bed is a little bit too soft for us and pillow a little bit thin, but this is maybe personal preference.

If you hope to be in the center of Salzburg and feel like home, this guesthouse will be a perfect choice. Every bed was comfortable, and the cooker was clean and easy to find. The kitchen was also well-cleaned. The room size was enough to be stuffed with 5 people.

The only thing I should write here was that there's no elevator. We have a lot of luggage, so the in-and-out was a little hard for us.
