The property was really modern and had great amenities. We stayed two seperate nights and were given two different rooms. The first room number 6 was amazing, large and the bed was so comfortable, with a stand up shower. The second room number 31 was smaller but with sky lights and a bath tub. Both rooms looked really great. Fridge and cooking facilities. Clean and the wifi was great. Parking faciilities get a bit tight with lots of people but its free and each time we came and went we had no problems. Dog access was great, all laminated flooring throughout so easy to clean any little accidents. Lovely areas to walk the dog nearby.

Room 31, the bed has broken my partner and I. Our backs are done in. They tilt towards the middle so we were leaning all night. So uncomforable. At one point we considered putting the mattress topper on the floor. Also the two pillows were so pathetic. We could have put both of them in one pillow case and it still would be flat and pathetic. The shower pressure was awful in room 31. The TV would not connect to the wifi in either rooms so we could not watch netflix or anything. In room 6 we could watch the basic tv channels- not that we could understand anything. In room 31 we couldnt even get signal for the channels.

The quiet location, the offstreet parking that felt safe, good neighborhood, near a large park, and public transportation options, good kitchen - perfect for us since we had a rental car.

We are not from Germany and did not have a German cell phone so it was quite stressful trying to check in online and the website didn’t work so I ended up having to ask a German person to call for me to do a phone check in, which, thankfully the property allowed. I did not want to upload my documents and send digitally, as not even Lufthansa airline requires that.

The apartment was large and nice, equipped with everything that was needed for a family, including baby crib.

The mattresses were strange, in the matrimonial bed, you would fall in the middle of the bed because of the strange shape. Also, checkout is at 10 AM and at 10:05 sharp the cleaning people were knocking at the door. 100% our fault that we were late by a couple of minutes, but I think 15 min should be reasonable (especially for families with small babies who can be a challenge). Other than that, everything was ok.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, it has all the things needed in it. Nice little gym. For us the massage chair in the relaxation room was a hit.

The door opening system is smart and in general fine. BUT it fails ... and there is no 24 hour support the guests can contact. Un our case it failed before 9 in the morning on Saturday and nobody (ABSOLUTELY NOBODY) can be contacted before 10 o'clock on weekends. This failure made two whole floors of the hotel just stand in front of the doors for more than an hour. This thing alone will really make us think twice before booking again. Eco Smart hotels will not be the first choice in our future travels. The system really didn't leave a reliable feeling.

The apartment was in pristine condition. All furnishings and appliances were new and immaculate. The neighbourhood appeared secure. Overall, it is an excellent property.

The check-in system was not to my liking due to its last-minute nature. I would prefer that all necessary preparations for my stay be completed at least two days prior to my arrival. Considering that most guests arrive on the day of their booking, there is insufficient time to gather and submit the required documentation, such as passport photographs.

Parking at the property - good location for travelling by car. The apartment had a dishwasher and all the basics (iron, dishes, pots etc), hot water and relatively good pressure in the shower, washing machine available for a fee, gym. Clean. Green spaces nearby if travelling with dogs.

The check in system could be more clear - especially the fact that w/o mobile with internet connection you won’t be able to get into the apartment. Our online check in didn’t work at first and we had to call to resolve it (was addressed quickly). Also the mattress is not very comfortable.

The setup was perfect. Even had tabs for the dishwasher. The shower was awesome. Bed real comfy.

The parking is a bit scarce, especially if you come late evenings. People park like idiots. Parking lines might be a good option. Also, although the technical setup is top class, if your staying in the basement setup wifi or your door won't open.

We used our E-bikes to get around Nurnberg. The location was within 8km from the main tourist areas that we wanted to see, so perfect for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We liked having a little kitchen to cook our own breakfast.

Check in was a little difficult at first, because it was all electronic. The doors are opened electronically by your phone. The kitchen was very tiny and there were no extras like a toaster or microwave.

This is the first time that we choose hightech appartment during travelling. The appartment can only be checked in by email. Before qe arrive, we got email with link in that we can click and download eco smart apps , in which we can log in and open all of the door by mobile phone. We booked 2 appartments , but we only got one email to check in. After i called customer service, the staff immediately made new email links and uograde my room for this inconvinience. The room is so spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. Parking is free in front of appartment. The location is very close to highway exit. For one night stay as a stopover. This is definitely smart choice. We highly recommend.
