Facilities! Pool was lovely, absolute sun trap! Exactly what we were after - sunbathe/read book leg of our trip! Great option to have access to a kitchen and bike rental. Some cute local restaurants walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean facility. The owners allowed us to continue to extend our stay and were very patient in dealing with us. Nice and quiet place. Far from all the noise. If you want to travel best you get a scooter otherwise Grab is easy to use. I stayed here as I wanted to train at Phuket Fight Club which was a 10 min walk.

The room were clean and nice and beautifully decorated. Room was spacious and the view of the pool was great. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

The location was a bit inside and far from tourist spots and it will charge you a lot to roam around everywhere

The room was simple but had all you need for the stay..the place is very quite ,with bolt you can get where ever you need. The pool is very nice. Great value for money.

It was a good place to relax since it is far away from everything but easily reachable with a car.

The good: bed is firm and supportive and bed linen was spotless. Room also spotless although a rogue cockroach in its death throes was on the floor when I woke on day 2 (stayed 2 nights). Yuk. Room is basic and no frills. Kettle (but no mugs or coffee/tea), 2 glasses, fridge with 2 small bottles of water on day 1, TV and 2 toilet rolls. Soap and shampoo are in dispensers in the bathroom. Small electric shower in there. Its all about as basic as it gets, but apart from the cockroach, no issues with cleanliness (and these blighters get into the cleanest rooms). I only came across 1 staff member who spoke English (and no, I don't expect staff to speak English) but all staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The biggest positive was that I had originally booked 5 nights here (thank goodness that didn't happen given what I've written below) and had to change my plans to stay just 2 nights. Even though the booking was listed as non-refundable, the hotel did agree to refund me. That was a much appreciated gesture and given the massive demand for rooms in Phuket at this time of year, I would imagine they would have found another guest with no issue-I hope so, given this kind gesture.

The not so good: most of the other residents were Russian (becoming the norm in Phuket these days) and it may just be me, but trying to make small talk or even get any sort of smile or social interaction was nigh on impossible, so I ended up keeping myself to myself-which is actually quite hard, as the distance from your room patio door to the pool edge is about 2-3 metres, so I always felt you were living on top of other residents and privacy felt limited. On arrival I had to wheel my baggage around sun loungers and clothes racks distributed in the small area around the pool. My main issue was that the patio door (the only entrance and exit to and from the room) didn't lock properly, so security for items in the room outside a lockable drawer (which could have been opened in seconds if needed even if locked) was zero. The lock engaged with the key being turned, but the door was so loose in the frame vertically, that a gentle pull allowed the door to raise above the locking mechanism and voila, one open room! There was therefore no point in having a key! You also need to be aware that this place is in a residential neighbourhood. Its about a 10 minute walk to the main road, and aside from some very lovely but sparsely stocked local shops, there is nowhere nearby to buy food, water etc. Once you get to the main road, there are some places to eat, but like most of Phuket these days, its a busy, polluted, overcrowded road with the usual thrills and spills associated with kamikaze motorists. Not the most relaxing environment for an evening meal for example, so do yourself a favour, call a taxi and get out of there of an evening and find somewhere nicer to eat/spend time. I wasn't told that there is a small kitchen area outside (but covered) that you can use-only found this out after asking a Russian lady if this was for general use and her one word response confirmed it was.

I like the neighborhood that the villa is located in. It is very quiet. There isn't much around but a quick 10-minute drive and you can be at the shopping center. I walked everywhere since I do not know how to ride a motorcycle. I did not mind the walk. Phuket Fight Club is a 15-minute walk away.

I am an online student and the wifi was unreliable. The last 4-5 days there wasn't any. Due to this, I was late on an assignment.
