This hotel is perfect for 1-2 nights stay. Free parking in the yard under the house makes it possible to see your car from your room (we had 103). In front of the hotel there is a pizza making machine 24/24, food ready in abt. 15 min. A machine with drinks and snacks is on the hall of the first floor, on the same side of a big fridge with compartments (with keys) rentable for a returnable guarantee of 20 EUR after use. Staff very friendly, during reception hours. Check-in/out can be also made on an automatic machine. On weekdays, there is a bus near the hotel making a good connection to the city center, which is a must to visit (the Ulm-Dome: inside and climbing the tower, Danube Ufer, Rathaus etc).

As we arrived on May 9th, 2024 (religious holiday in Germany: Jesus Himmelfahrt), public transport didn't work as on working days. In the end we managed to go by car and were lucky enough to find a good underground parking very near the city center for an acceptable fee/half a day. Otherwise, there is nothing to criticize.

Breakfast was superb - everything was delicious. Location of the hotel is convenient if you travel by car (it's close to the highway) as well as the parking lot - it has a roof so my car was safe from snow. A lot of shops and fast food places are nearby (KFC, Burger King, Aldi across the street etc.) Hotel was very clean (my room and also the common spaces such as gym and snack room) and the staff was very warm,friendly and welcoming. Whenever I'm in Ulm again, definately coming back to the same hotel. 10/10

Great location, coffee from the machine pretty good (2€) too! Room was comfy and there was more than enough space for one and surfaces to lay your stuff and clothes on (sometimes one doesn't know where to put their stuff in a single room, but here at economy I got enough space).

I got a room facing the street and unfortunately it was quite noisy despite sleeping with the window closed. Otherwise everything perfect.

Price/performance ratio is excellent - free parking and located within 30 min walk from city center (although 30 min for Ulm could be considered a lot by some). Room very functional, clean and all equipment worked as expected. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was relatively quiet even with an open window,

The location is relatively industrial near two large home improvement stores. The hotel is not the most luxurious one, but manages expectations well, and overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. The name mislead me! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, friendly and helpful staff, and a decent fitness room as well. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is on a busy road, so there was notable traffic noise, especially due to the holiday.

Single room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Decor very fresh and clean. There was an extra shared lounge area with vending machine which was useful. Receptionist was exceptionally helpful.

I was not keen on there being no staff there in the evening but encountered no problems including checking in with a machine - a friendly face on arrival would have been an improvement!

A contemporary, stylish and affordable hotel. Clean and discrete. The hotel is a bit far from the old town. I had not used a public transport therefore I have no idea how long it takes to get to the center or how often the buses go. A 20 min walk through the green park takes you to the old town. You won't be able check into the hotel prior the confirmed arrival time. Everything is automatic - it will not let you in. I arrived two hours earlier and I was not able to get into the building. There is a nice cafeteria in the supermarket next to the hotel. I had my cappuccino while waiting. Buy the way, the cappuccino was excellent. Recommended. The Wi-Fi speed was good at the hotel. I worked from the hotel remotely. I would stay there again. What you get for the price is good.

I have stayed a few nights at this hotel. It was so noisy one night - somebody was having a great party at the relax room accessible for everyone at the hotel. I could not sleep at all. Because it is administrated contemporary (everything is remote), there was no whom to complain about the situation.

The room was clean, the building is new, the common spaces are clean and nice

No WiFi in the room, I could hear everything from the street and the pillow was too big.

The car park has an entrance from Blaubeurer Str. We arrived in the dark and it seemed full so we drove out. Next to the Pizza kiosk on Bleicher-Walk-Str looked like the exit (see photo). We drove off the high kerb and scraped the bottom of the car. Please mark the boundary of the car park.

Rich breakfast, nice room, gym, check in without reception, midway between city center and university.
