Clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped for two people. The location was perfect for us.

Appt 3. The entry into the shower, around the chicane of the heated towel rail, is extremely narrow. Unsuitable for a large person, or someone with less than 100% mobility. Urban are in communication overdrive and technology making them annoying to deal with ( 12 emails after the initial booking.com confirmation) incl parking reservation. The hunt for wifi details amongst their emails was frustrating and asking for checkout confirmation 70 mins after check in time was too much.

The studio room was well appointed, clean, well maintained. I liked the partition separating the living area from the bed and the presence of a washer/dryer. There was weekly cleaning service. The checkout was very convenient.

They use a smartphone app as a key, so if I didn't have a smartphone (as with 10% of Americans) I would not have been able to rent / access the accommodations. I would have appreciated paper towels and extra trash bags, but they did have the other amenities, such as soap, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, etc.

The location was great and the apartment was just what we needed. There was plenty of tea, coffee etc which is always a bonus and the kitchen area was spacious. The bed was extremely comfy, we slept really well. We were on the third floor and didn't hear any noise either from other residents or from outside. There's a bus stop right outside if you want to use public transport and it's a short walk into Clifton. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that I could have done with was a full length mirror! The only mirror was in the bathroom so for getting ready to go out, an extra mirror would have been useful. Not a negative though as we managed.

Everything else, great.Clean, warm, nice coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate, and for whoever cooks, the basics are there.Washing machine and a dishwasher (a home from home)Great places to eat nearby. Walking distance to the centre (one likes walking). Flat was on the 3rd floor, if you have mobility issues not recommended. Bed and linen are great. Gown and slippers, great, and beautiful toiletries .I stayed for a night but would definitely come back.

Not much, but for the sake of completion, the shower door isn't closing greatly, so one had to be mindful of the water. Use towel strategically.

This apartment works on an app that you download to your phone and you use to get in the front door and your apartment - it made it all very smooth and easy- The apartment was beautifully clean, bedding was high quality and very comfortable. lovely rain shower plenty of hot water lovely toiletries and robes which was a bonus. The communal areas were very tastefully decorated and it is a beautiful building. IT is in a residential road but a few minutes away from lots of place to eat and shop and cloe to the downs and clifton village as well as the town centre if you are happy to walk for around 3o minutes. There are also regular buses which run past the bottom of the road.

We did use the kitchen - which could have done with a few more of each item - but there is a dishwasher for you to use. There wasn't any cleaning cloths or kitchen towels to clean up any spills

Fantastic accommodation, very clean and spacious in a great location. Communication from the owners was excellent. Fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Lovely crisp white towels and bed linen. Very comfortable beds. Loved the little extra touches like teas, coffees, milk, shower/bath soaps and shampoos, hairdryers, fan etc.

Nothing - all good. Just one little suggestion - some bigger pans would be good. I cooked dinner and breakfast for 4. It's not a big deal, but I had to do in 2 batches due to the small pans.

The space was a really good size - a separate bedroom from a living/kitchen area, and then a separate bathroom in the corridor to the main room door. The bed is quite big, so you have to squeeze through to get to one side, but it's comfortable. The room I was in was on the lower ground, and had a lovely view of a courtyard, so you could hear birds instead of the traffic outside. It's in a nice area, and felt safe in the evening - close walk to Clifton Down shops. The shower was great, and the staff who worked in the building were friendly. Having a washing machine was very convenient.

The TV would occasionally disconnect, but it wasn't a major issue. You could sometimes hear footsteps in the room above, but that's to be expected in an older property.

Conveniently located. Nicely positioned ground floor flat in the house. Reasonable selection of plates, pans, glasses etc. TV and internet good. The hot water wasn't working when we arrived - seems another common problem in the UK; had the same issue in our previous rental. However, it was fixed very quickly when I contacted the agents the next morning. Generally, I felt the people at Urban Creations - the managers - were good and helpful. Although the preferred method of entry was using an app, we had no problems at all using the alternative fob. Sound proofing was good and the flat did not "overheat" when it was sunny.

Most of what I say here seems characteristic of UK short term lets (and hotels, B&Bs, etc). Bedroom was a bit cramped, hard to get around the bed. No bedside table on one side. A lot of old (and unused/unusable) furniture in the flat which took up valuable space. I would have preferred an induction stove; old style radiant electric plates (they look like induction but aren't) are not particularly good to cook with. I appreciate this is an expensive upgrade. Astonishing lack of towel rails - where do you put damp towels?? "Heated" - they were not - narrow towel rails useless for all but hand towels. However, there was very adequate shelf space in the bathroom - unlike some other places we have stayed recently. Main concerns were getting round the bed and the lack of towel rails.

Good location and in a nice neighbourhood, close to everything. Good restaurant, cafe shops, supermarkets very nearby. Quiet at night to ensure good night sleep, mattress and pillows are comfortable. Staff is helpful on site.

The place is so small, TV is too high on the wall so when you watch TV it’s not very comfortable for the neck and eye position. Bathroom has unpleasant smell, maybe the drainage, but we stayed at the hall floor, maybe top floor won’t have such issues.

Perfect position near Clifton and only 15 min walk to the observatory to view the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. Close to Starlings which is an excellent place for brunch. Well appointed, so can easily stay here, cook, wash etc.

Hairdryer not working. No cafetiere, so unable to make decent coffee. Apartment had a stale smell, needs a good airing. Suspect being in basement makes people wary of leaving window open. Only 3 car parking spaces that can be pre booked, but get booked early.
